I am from Hyderabad and since September 01, 2025 I came back from USA and figured that my ACT Fibernet Broadband internet service was not functioning. (I have paid all the bills up to date). After so much of struggle I got to register my complaint in ACT Fibernet APP and saw a technician working near my neighborhood and who restored the service. However, it worked for only one day. I am the customer of ACT Fibernet in Hyderabad ever since they took over from M/s. BEAM i.e., more than 15 years. I have also permitted ACT Fibernet to install their central distribution box in my building without any rent.
It is disgusting to see that there is no response from their Manager/ Technician, despite me raising the ticket again. The only standard response I get is that they are talking to TG TRANSCO for restoration of cables.
Very useless services from ACT Fibernet, due to which I have to use my mobile data to be connected with my clients and on line Court hearings.
Desired outcome: Loss of productive hours and use of mobile data which is slower.
