I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.
So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.
Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!
Saw the free trial 4 these Acai Berry tablets paid my £3.95 shipping, what a load of rubbish by the way. Not thinking anymore about it got my statement today and noticed £73.45 taken out by this bloody company, can anyone give me an e-mail address or a phone no i can ring to cancel this please.

I ordered the Acai Burn to try on there 30 day free trial and they have already hit my account twice in one month. I want to cancel my subscription.
I just received my bank statement and I have been charged for acai berry and colon cleanse that I did not order nor did I give this company premission to take this money out of my account. So far I have been taken for $235.81. I am going to my Bank tomorrow to see what I can do about this. I believe this is a felony charge when someone steals money from someone else however the means.

I tried to order a trial offer, but decided it was not worth the time so I cancelled out of the order. They called me and ask why I did not want to try the order and I told them I had changed my mind. They have sent me three orders and have been charging my debit card without my authorization. I can not stop the orders, how can I get this product stopped?
I have ordered a sample Acai Berry and paid about $3 but then they start to take money from my credit card. without not autorized charges.
I too have been cheated by this scam, 14 days trail for only USD $5.95. Even though I rejected the order & returned the product. I was still charged USD 79.95. There is no contact number it's all been via emails. Yesterday I have charged a further USD$89.05. These people should not be allowed to get away with this scam!
This company took $65.95 from my checking account after their add saying their diet suppliment free offer. Their trick was to charge $1.95 for S&H. I came to this website and found the scam had been done to scores of people. I had to cancel my checking account and open a new one so I wouldn't get additional charges for more of their garbage!
The original ad on the internet states "free trial", but somewhere there is a "terms" that states if you don't cancel your "order?' in 15 days you will be charged for the "free" trial. Unless you look further on my order report .com you only have 19 days to return product. This is a complete scam and needs to be legally investigated.
I received another shipment of the Acai Berry. I did not authorize, and I do not want the product! I am returning the product unopened! Do not charge my debit card for any further shipments! I only paid for the shipping and handling for the free one time offer. Also, do not charge for any other shipments of Colon Cleanse! I am sending back the Acai Berry!
I have been trying to cancel because of hidden costs.The phone numbers that they provide do not work, also email address is an unattended service.Because of this I feel like it is a scam. They say you can cancel but how can you if you can't reach them.

I was billed $87.13 on my credit card on 7-09-09 for Antiox-Berry. I never ordered the product. I do not want the product. It was never delivered to me, and I have tried to contact the telephone number listed on my credit card charge. I want this charge and the "Foreign Transaction Fee Finance charge of $2.63 removed from my credit card statement!
My complaint is to the people who bought this product. Didnt this product scream Scam to you at all? the only way to lose weight is a proper diet and excersise. I dont believe for a moment that celebreties use any of this product.go to your doctor for a checkup and have him recommend a diet plan. its actually a lot cheaper in the long run.
As like many others I ordered the trial Acai Berry for the trial price, only to find another £15.18 went from my bank account and now I have just been billed for a further £82.95...cannot believe that this has happened, I have put a stop on my card, this should never happen as I did not give them concent to take that money from my account. They trick you with their words to make you think your getting a free trial for 14 days, but instead of 14 days worth they send you 30 days worth and if you dont get the product part that was over sent back to them in a short period of time they will bill you for the part that was not encluded in th 14 day free trial making it not Free!
Following reciept of free sample of Acai Berry from Viv3 the company then stole a further $145.51 from my credit card account without my permission. I have since stopped any further theft from my account by cancelling my card and was advised by the bank that this was the 6th complaint of the week. These people are scammers and should not be trusted.
This is the worst company ever. They sell you a product for next to nothing, telling you to try it out free. Then fifteen days later they are billing you $87.13 for your free trial and every month if not twice a month you get billed. They also sell your information to other comapnies, who end up billing you for products you never recieve. The most fradulant company ever. Never, Never buy from them.
I, too was under the impresstion that the trail sample was for the entire bottle sent. Then was billed online for the whole bottle. It was not stated anywhere that it was for a 14 day trial only Very underhanded in advertising. Called to complain and sent sample back but as of today haven"t heard if my account was credited.
I want to make a cancellation and not to receive any more of their products. I tried the free product and receive a bottle of this product without my consent.

I ordered the trial only and the postage then was $1.70. I gave them my Visa debit card and they deducted $1.70 PLUS $84.98 from my checking account. Since then have closed that debit card. Anyway, I have never received anything and I did not authorize them to take that money out, only the $1.70. This is a scam. I have reported it to the BBB in Scottsdale. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
I ordered a free sample on line just paying shipping. Today i received another order and a charge of £82.95. I have phoned and i am told that a refund has been given and i should have it within 21 days. I am not prepared to wait 21 days and will be contacting my banks legal department. I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry and only had to pay shipping and handling. They told me to call a number to cancel any further shipments, so I did, TWICE, and they still charged me $87.00! Very dissatisfied, and it's a total scam. Just go to the grocery store if you want a natural supplement, way less emotional stress...

Called to cancel the shipment of Acai Berry pills. The pills stopped but the charges did not. I have cancelled my credit card and my company is issuing a new card. They said this is the only way to insure that the charges don't continue. Price Savers recently changed their name to E Saving Club #[protected] located in California. This is the new name that showed up on my card this month. What a nightmare!
Acai Berry offered free trial and then debited my account for the second bottle. When called to cancel couldn't understand foreign person on other end. My accounted debited without my authorization and can't return until I receive product that has not yet been shipped. My account debited June 5 and today is June 22. He said product could not be stopped. Buyer BEWARE
I just paid shipping charges to receive only the frial trial on 6/01/09 of the express berry and the top body cleanse. Now today I noticed you guys are maked me two charges to my chase credit card on 06/12/09. One for $87.13 (transacation # 75260999165064865086620) and the other for $78.53 (transacation 5260999165064864352700) . I need you guys to refund my money ASAP.

I tried calling to talk to a customer service represenitive and I was left on the line and no one ever answered my call. I canceled all my orders. They have taken $87.13 out of my account and I want ot make sure they put it back
I was browsing and clicked to ask questions from Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse. Did not put my credit card number or complete the sale but they got my information somehow.
Am harassed by phone calls night and day by this machine number [protected].
Did a google search and there is a whole lot of other people who are harassed as well.
Cannot eat, sleep or keep the phone on

I have been owed a refund of 83.18 since april 17 2009 I have called this company every week and am always told the same thing your problem has been taken care of just give it 3 to 5 days
their is only so much bull you can take. It did not take them over two months to trake the money out of my checking account it is obvious that this company is a scam and the next call and letter will be from an attorney
Ordered 15 day trial offer charged for shipping only. Received 15 day trial bottle. Was then charged $87.13 for trial bottle.
I was billed the $82.31 on credit card and never received the product. Called the 800 number, waited 30 minutes for a representative and was disconnected. Sent cancellation email to email address and received a "delivery status notification failure." Contacted credit card company to reverse charges on 6/2/2009. I've been duped!

After I got the trial supply I didn't know I had to cancel brfore 15 days! Those lousy ### charged my account for the initial sample and then sent me another 30 day supply for which I promptly cancelled the order and sent the last order back with a letter requesting total cancellation. Today I got another charge for $87.13. Is there no recourse. Those SOB's should be hung out to dry.
