Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

A total bad place, If you are using a debit card, call your bank and cancel your debit card get a new one. If you call thye company and try to cancel yout order they get very angry with you and refuse to cancel. Been there.

If it is on you credit card call your bank and they can stop the charges for you. And I strongly recommend you get a new credit card. Your banks will help help you, If they don't by chance, you better be changing banks.

Short 80.00 with this company with 0.99 cents free trial. If don't call to cancell within 14 days they charge 80.00 DOLLARS! I' m so mad with myself...
I can"t beleive NBC MSNBC, they are using all this companies to advertise so people buying think they are real... I think all this networks should do something about it...

Ordered the 15 day trial. At 7 days called back and advised for health reasons needed to cancel. Sent back 1/3 bottle. This happened in October 2009. on February 6, 2010 my bank acocunt was charged $79.62 and $3.25 for shipping of a product I never received nor i authorized the charges. i called several times and sent several emails. The $3.25 was refunded immediately however the $79.62 is still not refunded eventhough I have an email date March3 stating is being processed. i called again yesterday and was told basically to wait my turn and never before Arpil 20.

So i have filled a complaint with the FL attorney General, District Attorney's office i filled a criminal complaint, BBB and FTC. Also filled witht he same entities in CA where i reside.

I purchased these two products to try on a trail basis ACAIBERRY, and ADVANCED CLEANSE. I did not authorize any more shipments of these product and certainly did not authorize you to take money out of my checking account. I've been on unemployment for over a year now and I cannot afford these pills. I tried them because they were only .99 cents per bottle. There was no indication in your advertisment that indicated you would sent bottles out on an automatic basis and charge my checking account, I have enough financial problems I've already filed chapter 13 and I am behind in utility payments. I would appreciate very much if you would return the funds to my checking account immediately my mortgage is due next week and I need all the funds that I have and more. I would appreciate an E-mail confirming that you recieved this complaint and what actions you are taking to correct the problem. Thank You for taking time to read this I hope to hear from you very soon. Sincerely Yours

I placed an order for an acai berry free trial. I gave them my credit card number. The first charge was on 04/19/10 for $5.95 for the trial and $0.05 for using my card. The unatuhorized charge was made on 05/05/10 for $127.86 and $1.02 for using my card. This is a scam! Do not order this product online.

I tried contacting this company, I gave them all my information and they claimed that they could not find my information on the system and refused to transfer my call to a supervisor.

Before 30 days free trial ends cancel the agreement. Make sure that you write or type and send the letter USPS Certified with return signature. Majority companies do not like that customers want to know that a return signature. This makes it legal and you have proof that they received the letter with a date on it.

Tried a supplement and got charged monthly fees, don't do it! avoid being scammed by using a pre-paid visa card with just enough money on it to cover the shipping and handling. I decided i would be the one who pays or not.

Read about this site that wasn't one that tricked you and charged more than they said in a on line GigHarbor new paper, the article was from a news person with channel 6 telling how great this site was, so I tried it, $3.87 for 30 day trial. No shipping fees. Then I go to my bank and find not only the $3.87 charge but also a $87.47 from the same company. When I call their number [protected] I get a recording to call regular business hours no matter what time I call. Never did get the Trial order.

I order acai berry for a trail period, i never received the product. I tried calling to inform the company of the situation but of course there was phone technical problems. I checked my bank statement online and found out that the company had taking my money ($87.47) I proceeded to contact the company to get my money back. I was told that the trail period was over, i told them I neveer received the product, how can you try something you never get. I was told by a supervisor Candice that it doesn't matter if you recieved the product or not the trail still take place. I am going to file a claim with the BBB and with Florida's attorney general. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD, TAKES YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU A PRODUCT, AND THE TRAIL PERIOD IS BOGUS.

I too fell for the this scam. I accepted that I did not completely read the "terms and conditions". I was charged for a shipment. I went on-line and followed the instructions for canceling the product and received a confirmation email on 5/17 stating in RED that " No further action is necessary! You will receive NO additional charges or shipments!" Seemed pretty clear to me. All was well until yesterday when I received another shipment. I assumed there was some mistake, so I retrieved my cancellation confirmation number and called the company. WHAT A SHOCK! I ended up furious and confused. They told me they were completely in the right for sending another shipment and that I obviously didn't read the agreement. They kept putting me on hold to listen to recorded offer to continue the subscription for 9.99. That gave me a warm fuzzy. I repeatedly explained that I did not want anything to do with a company that conducted business in such a manner. Eventually I received a second confirmation number. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charges and realized they had made not one but two $99.00 dollar charges to my card on the same day! I've contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I would have written off the initial charge, but this is out right theft and these people need to be stopped. They have sent an additional cancellation which is identical to the first. The only difference being the cancellation number is one less than the original. Very very strange.

Fake "Channel 6 Reports" Fake "Julia Miller" Fake "investigates" Acai berry. Well-written supposed exposure of fraud but actually a recommendation and claim of losing 25 pounds in 4 weeks. Offers Free Trial of Acai Ultimate (.97 cents) and Power Cleanse (1.95). The expiration date is the next day so you are compelled to hurry. But the terms and conditions, which are hard to find until after you submit your order, state an automatic charge of $159.95. I called the [protected] number and was told "sorry, there is no free bottle" - I canceled my order and now am going to the bank to cancel my credit card.

After trial offer, I called my bank told them not to accept any charges from this company, product did not work plus there was np way to contact company on product at all, felt very ill from product. First charge to appear was 79.98, call back the back ask them to take care of this for me, return to sender on second shipment of Acai Berry weight loss program. I then found tel. number from bank, Second charge on statement was 90.00. Call bank filled out dispute paper work only to get a refusal from Wells Fargo. There were never terms and conditions for me to sign on this product so this is totally a bogus operation and I will not pay for something I returned or never signed an agreement for.

I tried the customer support number given to me for Canada which is the "Customer Support Team" at 778.785.0966. It's a total scam. They are not able to find me in their system to cancel the $87.00 that they are charging me every month. Visa is also unable to reverse the charges. this is a nighmare.

Do Not Deal with this company. I tried advanced colon cleanse with the acai berry product.offered online for 1.99 for each. Big mistake. once they had my account number they said I had two weeks to respond. in 9 days that had charged my card 59.00. I called and cancelled. In 2 weeks they had charge an additional 14.95, then 80.00 I had confirmation numbers of the cancellation and they still refused to refund my money. they insisted i waited past the trial period. they also sent me a product i didn't even order and charged me for it.this company is a total fraud.

I want to say that I originally was charged $79.62 on 12/29/09 and I returned the product. I received an email saying that a "REFUND Was Issued" and I should see it on statement in 30 business days, this email was on January 8, 2010. After multiple calls to see where this credit is and that it does not show yet, it is August 2010. I have been told to fax statements so that they can see there is no credit on my credit card. The fax number they give is not a number that will even take faxes and they say it is the only fax number. I asked for an address to mail the information to them and they say "there is NO address". But I can email them to: refundsfwm@yahoo.com. Though the email I received says email is: billing@fwmlabs.com. I have sent the info that I have tried multiple times to fax to both these emails twice since 7/13/10 and have not heard anything, that they have even gotten the info. When calling to speak with someone I keep trying to talk with a supervisor and everyone that I have been talking to say said, "I am a supervisor". I would really like to get this credit of $79.62 back to my credit card that the email in January 2010 said would be there in 30 business days. I have tried a dispute with my credit card company and they say it is too late. I should have contacted them earlier. I was not aware of any kind of dispute dept before this with credit cards. I am still trying to get this refund. I hope that I may get someone else who has dealt with this same issue so that I can get it issued. Thank you

I signed up for a free trial of acaioptimum (http://acoptimumcs.com/). An hour later they charged me $99.96. Good thing my bank contact me and asked if i know about this charge. I don't know why they charged me $99.96 right away...i thought it was a free trial. So i called them and this one dude say i couldn't cancel. So i told him i wanted to talk to his boss. He say ok hold on. And he hung up! So i called them again and finally this dude say ok...we'll cancel it. I got the cancellation # and i ask him if he can e-mail me the cancellation number. And i got that. Well...a week later i got charged again $99.96. I called them again and this girl say i can't cancel cause i signed up for some crap that i didn't. And i can't cancel it. And the bottle is on its way to my house...she say. I told her i got the cancellation # and the e-mail they sent me saying its cancel. But she say she don't see that in the system. WTH! Then i told her i wanted to talk to her boss. She said her boss would say the same thing. UGH! She keep saying im sorry u can't cancel. So i said fine. So i hanged up and called back again! And this new girl said the same thing. Then i told her i want to talk to your boss. Then she said ok...hold on. Almost 2hrs later...finally a dude came on and i told him i cancel it a week ago and i also got the e-mail. He said sorry our system is not updated. BS! I told him i want my refund or else i will file a dispute. He said ok. So the next day i got my refund.

SO DON'T GIVE UP AND KEEP CALLING THEM! OR GO TO YOUR BANK AND FILE A DISPUTE! AND DON'T EVER BUY ACAIOPTIMUM (http://acoptimumcs.com/) ! ITS A SCAM.

I am so ripped off and pissed off at this - same company as Acai Berry, got me twice!

At least I was able to get my money back on the Acai Berry/Colon Cleanse. All I can say is unbelievable, if anyone did get their money back I would love to hear how they did it.

$150 could go to a lot better use if you know what I mean, I work hard for my money and really don't trust too many internet sites due to this, a shame for those that are credible. Hope to hear more about Swipe Bids getting shafted back!

They should have to put everything up front. They hide it all in there mumble jumble at the bottom. I also had to cancel my card. I called and tried to cancel before and they kept telling me they didn't have any record of me ordering anything. What a bunch of bull.I Wanted them to give me the name of the company that would be making the charges and they wouldn't. That's when I knew I had done something really dumb. These people had my credit card # and Could charge to it under any name. I had no way of stopping them until they had already made the charges. BEWARE.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. Usually I am a little smarter then this but I fell prey to this con. This is not a free trial. it will cost you almost $100.00 and when you call them they act as though you are crazy to think it is free. The trial offer starts the day you order, doesnt matter when you get the product. By the time you find out, they have charged your account the time has expired. Beware this is a scam, this is their add

Warn EVERYONE you know! There is NO Free trial - no returns - no customer service. I cannot believe how incredibly stupid I was to get into this. The ONLY way to stop it is to cancel the credit card or bank account you used and dispute ALL the charges. They will bill you anywhere from $80.00 to over $100.00 before you even get the product and I found no less than 15 different phone numbers associated with the various companies. You will not speak to an English speaking person and they will not - I repeat will not cancel your order even though they say they will. You must cancel your credit card! Get it out to everyone you know! Emails, Facebook, whatever. It is a scam, pure and simple!

Supposed to be "free" acai berry - charged my account $87.50 - didn't even receive the product - then I did get the product but didn't realize it was for this because it says"Maximum Burn" on the bottle - Unfortunately I was in the hospital during this time and didn't realize the charge on my credit card until it happened again 2 weeks later - I called and they said they would cancel and the only way to get my money back was to send the product back - but at that time I hadn't even gotten a 2nd bottle (did receive it a week later) but there is only a PO number on the package - any body know where I can send both bottles back (certified signature of course) I have cancelled the credit card so they can't charge any more but I'm not letting this go. What a scam.

I ordered this Acai Berry Diet offer 3 months ago from that fake website, showing a fake "Julie Miller" from the Ch. 5 or Ch. 6 fake "news" report. They never even sent my shipment, and the number to cancel is not even working anymore, and my credit card HAS been charged. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They give the amazing Acai Berry fruit a bad name. I'm sure there are legit Acai Berry supplement pills out there, I just don't know of any yet. I regulary just drink the Acai Berry juice from Genesis, that stuff is the best! They sell it at Walmart. I just don't feel it helps me lose weight, but it does boost your immune, energy & makes you feel "full", naturally.

I ordered the free sample and provided my credit card for the shipping charge. That charge was approximately $5. After I received my free sample, the next month they sent me another bottle of AcaiBerry. I did not order another bottle but they automatically sent another bottle to me. They also billed my credit card for the unorderted bottle. I called the [protected] number several times to tell them that I did not order another bottle and asked to to refund my money. The next month they sent another bottle and charged my credit card. I called several more times before I was able to get them to stop automatically sending me bottles and charging my credit card. They charged my credit card over $150 and I called to try to get a refund. They said to return the bottles for a refund. I returned the bottles but never got a refund.

Read the terms and conditions very carefully unlike me! They tell you they will send you a 60 day FREE trial offer for the price of shipping which in my case was $2.49. If you don't cancel the "membership" within 3 days! Your credit Card will be charged the shipping plus $100 for the next two months... they will not refund the money because you are not paying for the supplements you are paying for the use of their website/scam. So please read the terms and conditions carefully because I didn't and now I'm out $100 and nothing to show for. Yes not smart on my behalf but I hope this will stop even one person from falling for their scams.

I ordered this "free trail" on March 8th what I was lead to believe was that I was ordering some diet pills Acai berry but I never not received these. I received the invoice for $7.50 and checked my credit a few days later and everything was fine or so I thought. A couple of days later I went to pay something off my credit card and when I looked at the balance I got such a shock. There was an addational charge of $199.95 on my card. I called the company and I was told I should have read the terms and conditions and there was nothing he could do to help.
How can this company get away with doing this. Why did I not receive an invoice like I had for the first day for this charge and I would have cancelled it right away. The way did it was so shady and just totally wrong I cried my eyes out I am working feel like a total fool and just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I really hope they try to do this to someone who has money an can fight them and get them closed I'm not even working at the moment don't know how I am going to tell my spouse he won't be happy with me.

I want to spread the word if anyone can help me to do so and get this company closed please contact me I hate to see myself or any other hard working people out there.

YOUTH NUTRITION (Acai Berry) SCAM!
Guess I'm joining a Club here... I too got rooked into this YOUTH NUTRITION SCAM...

I was on-line and a side Pop up came up... about this wonder weight loss regiment... I read it over & everything looked legit... so I ordered.
All I was paying for, was the Shipping and the Product was FREE.
After giving my credit card, I received a Confirmation, which then stated... Your Order will be shipped in 3-5 days. Please try our Product for FREE, for 3 days, after which my Credit Card would be billed $99.00 each and every month... WHAT !

Shipping is 3-5 days, but my Credit Card would be billed in 3 days... WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT!

False advertising in my books... the Product IS NOT --- FREE!?

I called the Company, 25 minutes after placing the order... after a round of Customer "Dissatisfaction" with Customer Service, where he actually yelled at me, for placing the order... he gave me my Cancellation Numbers & that was that... WRONG!

Well, today I got charges on my Credit Card... I called my Card Company and there wasn't anything they could do... so they did a 3 Way Call with Youth Nutrition... long story short... the Charges remain on my Credit Card... and I immediately Reported my Card Stolen, so that these ### can't charge me again!

This company use this site
http://dailyhealthalerts.com/canadianreport/acai/lp2// to show how formal and trustable report regarding the benefits of Acai berry and encourage people to
access to a link where you are supouse to get a free trial for less than $4.00 of the product at

Then, they charge you for the almost $4.00 and just a couple of day after the charge you for almost $90.00 . The thing is that the rules of the deal (scam) are posted in the firts link that readers believe is from a wellknown news company and you never get any alert of the charges on the site were the free trial is promoted.

There is any way to fight back?... I can not afford this kind of abuse!.

It's all settled! We sure don't want you pressing charges on us! Wow, you sure did your homework on this one.

First, you checked us out thoroughly before handing over access to your money, because there is a lot of fraud out there and as you know, only a complete and utter ### would give out their account numbers without reading the fine print and checking a company's reliability.

Then you made sure you're contacting the actual company with your complaints and threats, rather than randomly posting on a site for complaints that has nothing whatsoever to do with the company and certainly has no power to resolve your complaint.

Then you wrap it up with the clincher: a random threat from your "mastercard company" to "lobby" on your behalf rather than simply reverse the charges if it felt you'd been wronged.

I cancelled my order a year ago and all of the sudden this month my credit card was charged twice $44.09 one time on 7/8/11 and another $44.09 on 7/11/11. Tried to contact them and the first time they took my name and number and said they will call me back. Called back a few hours later and had me on hold for aprox. 20 minutes. when someone finally answered I demanded to talk to someone that can help me with these charges and he hung up on me. I tried again that afternoon, and this time a lady hung up on me again. MONITOR your credit card account because there will be reoccurring charges from RESVPOWER [protected].

I ordered Acai Berry Detox, free of charge only postage £0.97, same day Life Cleanse also free of charge only postage £0.97.
On the 23rd my credit card was debited twice by ££76.95 a total of £153.90, that was apparently for the above tablets. I phoned and wrote, to no avail, they will not pay a refund.

They have now changed their name.

Charging £153.9 for 120 tablets is a rip off.

After ordering a sample for $3.95, I was charged for more shipments $80.00 plus dollars when I never agreed to further orders or authorized any further charges.
I have never ordered anything from the company other than the free sample. I have not opened any of the bottles that wree sent to me. I WANT a FULL REFUND of the money charged on my account and once I receive that I will send all the bottles I have received.

i wrote earlier in the day. i ordered a trial size of acai berry. i got it and was charged $88.62! then i was sent an email telling me that it was being shipped AGAIN. yikes! i could not read the handy 800# and i got no response to any emails i sent.

i called my credit card company after work and they were able to flag that transaction as fraudulent, STOP THE PAYMENTS FROM THE ACCOUNT and issue me a new account number so that the CROOKS at this company can no longer STEAL MY MONEY.
