ABSA Bank – Unauthorized deduction by RCCS boss of R7600

I am in a state. I have outstanding debt at absa which I have agreed to pay R2500. Callas were recorded and mails sent and confirmed. On the 1st of Dec a deduction, without any Authorizatiom from my side or even a discussion, of R7600 Was made on my Absa account. It only states RCCS Bos Journal. How in the world is tjis legal or even allowed?
I have no money to pay school fees now or any other bills. I've been trying to get hold of absa via call and sent so many emails as I have a very demanding an high pressured job. I am so stressed I don't know why to do
They don't give me any feedback. How is this still going on? And why is this okay or allowed. I don't trust having my salary paid in absa anymore as they have just broken all my trust. How are they allowdx to take such a big amount?

Please can you assist and if not, I have many lawyers in my family that I would need to contact. But this is not acceptable and also illegal. Absa is not allowed to take my money and I need it back as in yesterday
