Aaron'sdamaged appliance and poor service

6/3/2017 Aaron's employees delivered a refrigerator which was damaged when they brought it into the apartment. The employee admitted he did it and said that someone would try to fix the scratch or we might get a discount.
An appointment was made for that Friday, but they were a no show. A call to Aaron's resulted in being told that they would have to talk to Angie. Any of the calls to the store we were told " somebody will call you back " . We never heard from anyone.
