Verified customer

I had 4,454.00 points and spent 2,000.00 on a product. I was charged another 2,000.00 points I didn't use and then the clerk had no clue how to help me or accommodate me in any way. At least I'm sorry for your trouble or anything. I wasted GAS and TIME. I will take y business else where and tell my friends and neighbors if this is not resolved fairly.

I do not know why everyone is picking on me. I unfortunately took my anger out on my granny thanks to them and face criminal charges.

They should at least pay for my granny's medical bills beccasue it was because of them that I hurt her bad enough to make her get stitches.
