1xbet site blocked my account after I win some bets. 1xbet just can see your losses, if we win any bets, they don't want to comeback our money and our funds.

after blocking my account, I sent email to them. after too many document request and too many questions I passed 6 type of verification till now. first Identity national card (1) I did it, then selfie photo with my ID card (2) I did it, then deposit transactions verifications (3) I did it, then after a week they requested me to send my documents by post! (4) but I did it! then after about a month again asked too many personal questions! I answered them and then they asked me that I should get a selfie with a specially code wrote on a paper sheet! (5) but again I did it. after it after some days they asked me to set a time for Skype verification call. (6) I passed Skype verification video call also, about one week ago.

and now they sent me 23 new questions! questions like murder case interrogation or espionage case! (see ridiculous questions that I attached) surly I will answer them also, but I know they are playing me, they will defalcate my money...

is there a betting site? or Spy service?!

what you want?! Stealing the money of a miserable man like me?! what I should to do? No one can hear me?!?!?

They asked my documents and deposit screenshot and i sent it. After received my documents they reply" Your data is currently Being verified You will get answer shortly" But till now they didn’t give any reply.

I also complained it here and 1xbet reply here to send my ID number and others details to Their Facebook page. I also sent it to their Facebook page massage.

But now they asked my bank account number from which i made my deposit! Its strange that I made my deposit from our local EPOS agent and i also give that deposit transection screenshot to Facebook page massage. And now they also reply me or solved my problem.

I create my account by using One click registration from 1xbet website. I got my User id and password from website after successful registration.

I also made deposit but after that I was automatically log out. From then I can't log in with my given account id and password which was given by 1xbet.

To solve thus problem I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com and they asked for my NID card and selfie. I sent them. After that they aske some questions, I also answer them.

After all this security Department reply me "Your data is currently being verified. You will receive an answer shortly."

But it was 17-05-2022 mail. Till then the security Department ignoring me so that they cannot solve my problem also not replying me.

This was really painful for any customers. I also make my deposit which is now really costy for me and my family.

I have been using your website for 5 years and was not facing any issue until one month back when i received request to send documents to Securities Team for account verification.

As requested i forwarded my pan card which took 2 weeks to be verified. Then your team asked me to provide my Neteller account transaction details ([protected]@gmail.com).

I then informed your team that this Neteller account is in closed state since 4 years and have not used it for any deposit in 4 years.I have made most of my deposits through my bank savings account to which your team then told to provide deposit details made through my personal savings
