On 19 sep 6:28pm I deposited ₹3000 through paytm (epayment) to the account 1X bet provided to me for making deposit. The name of the person on whose account I deposited ₹3000 his details were provided by 1X bet his name is Amit Pathak. Deposit was made through my paytm account to his paytm account. My issue is I have not yet received the money on my 1X bet account instead I received a message on my 1X bet account that deposit rejected in the amount ₹3000 by operator. Yet I have not got my money back in my original source account as well (Paytm). I tried emailing them and texting again and again but they dnt seem to understand my issue. I am attaching all the proofs with this message. Please help me out.
When are you guys going to respond, I have sent you more then 20 emails and all the proofs more then 5 times. What is going on I need a proper answer. I have event sent you messages through facebook?

They blocked my account & freeze my funds. I M almost lost 5000$. When you loss they never contact you, when you win they freeze customers ID.

Deposit Issue.
I had deposited my money on 1x bet using the Upi Fast option on 13th of September 2022. Neither did the transaction reflect on my account neither the money has been credited to my wallet. They aren't even listening to the complaints I have made multiple times, the customer support is worst I have seen. They just copy and paste the same message over and over again.

Deposit problems
Deposited total 600 aed. It is not appearing in my account. I noticed that it only happens when I use my debit card. I tested it on my other card and it works.
It is not even appearing on the messages tab but the transaction was deducted from my balance. I need a response to this. I lost 300 the same way last time and you guys keep on saying you'll have it resolved.

A cheating made me lost around Rs 17900
Hey this is Sufiyan, I have got cheated for Rs. around 17900 in the game called crash, I've played many games but there were some error which pulled back the timer and blast the plain once the time has past, I've lost 3 games last night of around 9000, 5000, 3000 after that I've started playing game with my screen recording on to just collect the video evidence of your error as an example to show what happened with my previous bets as one of your advisor on costumer care said after the incident to forward the complain and getting my all money back I'm attaching that video with this complaint and the same error happened in the morning which cost me 900.

I am using 1x bet from last 3 years and i never faced any issue with them until 10th Sep 2022...I lost so much of amount in 1x bet in this year and i have recovered the amount by playing again...but now 1x bet team refusing to withdraw the amount in my account and asking to share the documents to security team.
After sending all the documents whatever they asked for now they are messaging me like this.

If i mail them again they are mailing like this.
2.System notification. Suspicion of spam! If we keep receiving multiple messages from this address, the e-mail address will be blocked automatically by the system.
its been 4 days and still i am unable to withdraw the amount and if this withdrawal does'nt its DO OR DIE for me.
I have so much of debts and cant pay now without this amount if you people doesn't give my money I WILL SUICIDE.

Totally unresponsive support
2 months ago I requested my 2 way authentication to be removed since I lost access to google auth. Their completely useless chat support referred to me to [protected]@1xbet-team.com saying "our specialists will help you with your issue". Well I sent them 4 emails few weeks apart and got NOTHING. Not even an automated message.
I turned back to their chat support and twitter asking to help me understand why I am not able to get an answer from their email team. They all respond the same "we are not authorized to help you with this issue".
I am pretty sure I was blocked by their email team (since no answers) but nobody at 1xbet wants to help me with the issue. I tried emailing them with my other account and they responded - saying I need to contact them on my main account.
Steaming pile of garbage. Cost me a few hours to try and resolve the issue ... NOTHING.
