1xBet Withdrawal of 27000$

I have provided all the proof they have requested and called many many times and sent numerous mails and getting same reply to wait 7 banking days (although agent said for crypto it's 24hrs max) which already passed by a long shot now and they have stopped answering mails and calling is useless.

I can present all the necessary proof yet I did not even receive a transaction reference from their side.

They also mentioned that crypto can only go back to the same wallet deposited otherwise won't go through on top of that they were doing the transactions manually according to consultant in chat.

Desired outcome: receive my withdrawal

after 3 weeks of discussions and 1xbet stopping to answer they came back yesterday sending me a hash after asking for it numerously in vein...

i tracked the hash they sent and to my shock the money went to another wallet lol...i tell them it's wrong however they come back to me saying that i need to be careful while depositing and that they sent to what i input in the withdrawal box...I WOULD ACCEPT THAT ANSWER IF THE DIFFERENCE WAS MINIMAL MISTAKES HAPPEN...ALTHOUGH I REVIEW IT 10 TIMES BEFORE CLICKING AND THE ADDRESS SHOWN IN THE TRACKING WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NOT EVEN ONE DIGIT MATCHING.

so yeah they sent to their own wallets claiming i made a mistake.. they are crooks and thieves...they stole my money although i have already put over 600k.the audacity on them!THIEVES!

i have all the proofs their mails chats and all.

I made an account on 1xbet and everything was normal until one day on 20 August 2022 my withdraws were locked and I was told to submit required documents. I submitted all the required documents and pictures they asked and I was told to wait.

Then suddenly out of no reason they blocked my account and told me to wait 72 hours for varification then after 72 hours another 72 hours of waiting... my account has 55000inr locked in it.

I didn't have more than one account, I play fairy every time, I didn't do anything wrong but I don't know why my account is blocked?

All my hard earned money is locked in the account for no reason.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I don't do anything wrong. 55000inr is lot of money for a student like me.Kindly return my money. If you don't want me to win then keep the winnings also but atleast return my deposited money.

Hello,

Still no positive response from 1xbet and I believe no further action shall be taken on my case.

2 things I can't believe first how easily I was robbed online and second after reading so many scam how they are still operating?

These scammer are using Indian flag in their website ending with .in I still wonder how it has still licence to rob online.

Anyway I may have lost 55000inr or roughly 700 dollars but this is first and last time only. And I must say to 1xbet that you scammer can fraud me can rob me but that neither won't make me poor nor make you rich. You guys have all my curse to fail. Judgment will be served.

1xBet Deposit Issue

I have made a deposit of 50000 INR through Astropay to my 1x account on 16th August, 2022 at 3.41 am IST. Money got debited from my Astropay wallet but did not get credited to my 1x account.

It has been more than 38 hours and I have not received any sort of resolution to this issue. I have provided all the screenshots in call, chat and email support multiple times. All I am getting is a template response saying we are processing , please wait for 3 hours. Many 3 hours have passed but there is no interest from 1x in addressing the issue.

I have messaged in Facebook official page as well and there is no response.

Hello,

I have some winnings on my account and wmi want to withdraw the money. When i request withdrawal i get error like to send my doxuments to security department, i sent the documents but thry dosent care at all, they keep sending me messages like show us proof of your purchased flexepin vouchers. I sent them screenshots, they said please sens full size screenshots from laptop, ok, i sent... then they please sent jpg or png format, okay i sent png format, after png screenshots they asked for pdf proof, okay i sent pdf proof, after that they asking again for laptop screenshots. They just joking. Please help me, this is third time when i get scammed with withdraw.

Atfer they asked some screenshot from the skrill account that i used to deposit fund the 1xbet account. i also did it even i was after several screenshot because some screenshot don't their requirment. After this they asked me the national id card of the person owner of the person owner of the skrill account because i was a friend's skrill account. i did this also. they asked my relation to this person: i said it's a close friend. They asked me about perfectmoney account because before i used perfect money to deposit fund to my account, it was my husband perfectmoney and i send them a photo of national id card of my husband after they asked it. After this they asked me about the relation that i have with to person: the one was a cousin but the other i don't know who. They said the information will be proceced and i'll get an answer.

The next morning i got an email that my account was closed and the multiaccount with it. Wooooooow. i reply to the email but only one response refer me to their decision and all others email i sent was igored as they said in the email.

i asked my cousin about his account and he said me that he also used the skrill account of our friend to deposit fund in his account.

The other guy i don't who it's possible that he also used this skrill account.

I DIDN'T NOT USED MULTI-ACCOUNT BUT 1XBET BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I have played honnestly and have done sacrifice to earn the amount in the account.

They ignored all the email i sent about it to the support team or the security.

i want to be refunded cause they wrongly blocked my account. i don't know that someone else used the skrill account and also i was able to provide them all the info they asked me i was honnest from me but they wrongly blocked me with all the fund i has on the account.

i have 540€ in the account blocked.

I don't know how but in the net many person has been victims of these situation and i want solution and help. Yours is 15000$ they ignore, mine a litle 540€. If some one have solution i listen all proposition

I have made 35 bank transfers from my Moroccan account Attijari Waffa bank.

Only received 31 into my 1xbet account.

4 transfers of 5000 MAD are misssing please credit my account with 20.000 Mad As soon as possible.
