I participated in the "No Risk Bet" promotion in good faith, adhering to the terms and conditions outlined. However, I have encountered challenges in obtaining a refund or resolution for the matter, which is causing significant inconvenience when the chat support before match i asked them can i bet on something like who wins they replied by "You can place other bets on this event. this wont affect your agibility"

Possibility 1: support is trash and just misinform you

basically the promo risk free bet i read terms and stuff was confused then asked support for help

as soon as i contacted support they misguided me and told me its fine to bet on something else in same match with risk free bet so i did as soon as match finished i didnt get my credit back

probably 1xbet instructing the chat support to misguid you 40$ lost for ntg lol
