1st for Women Insurance review: Tow truck

On the 16 September 2025 I scheduled a tow truck to be sent so my car can be towed away. I was stuck at a garage which was not the best place to be with my son in the car. I called 4 different times each time I was assured that the tow truck is coming. The first time I called was 9:45, second, 11:15, third time was 17:30. When the tow truck did not come, I called a last time it was already 19:45. I was sitting there for more than 2hours. I am very disappointed about the service I received. When the tow truck arrived he said he was not informed about the collection.
