Possibly one of the worst insurance companies around when it comes to claims stage.

This company that markets and advertises everywhere will try everything in it's power to refute a claim from honest and premium paying clients. From the start of my claim, they always made it clear that they would find some way of not paying me out.( that's what they implied)

They hire an independent accessor that uses a "special formula" to determine the out come of an accident.

An accessor that fails to provide proof of his investigation and supporting facts that are relevant.. An accessor that can thumb suck on what speed my vehicle could of possibly been doing before the occurrence.

It's now well over 10 days and I have not made any groundwork with my claim. Sitting without a car which I'm still paying for.

Desired outcome: they must resolve my claim,
