I wish to formal raise a complaint about the bad service that we have and are receiving from First for Women regarding our claim submitted on a car that was in an accident.
We are not getting any feedback and no one is giving us a call or email with an update on the claim.
This claim is also not reflecting on our online portal or mobile app at all. We even asked about this and the answer was that they do not know why it’s not showing. No Solutions no Care.
When we call for an update we just keep on being told we will be getting an update by the end of the day and we then have no success at all.
Till date we needed to call and still have no feedback and they do not want to escalate the call until we ended up shouting and requesting to speak to a manager.
The service we received has been the worst service from all insurances we have been with in our life.
We also now have decided to rather move all our personal and business policies to an insurance company the knows how to communicate to customers.
We will also be submitting a formal complaint to the NFO and hello petter about this service and the extent this needed to go to.
We are really disappointed on how first for women lack service delivery.
Recommendation: Communicate and resolve the claim that has been approved
