Zone Fitness review: Transparency is not kept at this gym. Prepare to be told different statements from all the employees.

The agents who work making students sign up for gym tell lies. My friend and I joined this gym in the year of 2021, it was a 2 years contract of which the agent explained to us their rules.

We were told all the sugar-coated lies in order to sign up, as students we even enquired as to what would happen as we are mostly at home during December holidays and specified it would be futile to pay whilst utilizing the facilities. Two of the zone fitness agents specified that we have an option of freezing our membership but we would still be expected to pay 33% of our membership fee, of which we had no problem with. This is the second time after joining that we are told that December specifically is a month when we would not be allowed to freeze the membership. Where was that so called truth when we joined?

Zone fitness lies to their customers in order to benefit because once you have signed then nothing can be done. I would also like to point out that the people dealing with complaints are rude and disrespectful. The lady who was dealing with my complaint told me that I cannot read, only to find out that it did not state anywhere in my contract that I could not freeze for December (I had to take my contract to her colleague to confirm this).
