This company said to buy their bids, I spend $100.00 on bids, however, while I was bidding on a gold bar they stopped my bidding and said I should pay the fixed price. The bid was $22.00 and the fixed price was $79.00. I guess I spent too many of my bids and they shut me down. You have to pay to bid and you have to pay the final bid price. They they decide you have bid too much and force you to pay full price anyway. This is stealing. They can keep my remaining 114 bids because I won't use them for anything more than a lesson in being so stupid. I hate this trickery. I give them money and they take it, they make me think I will get something for it just to pull it away at the last minute. They must be laughing themselves sick over how many stupid people are falling for their scam. Any they are getting away with it. So much for trust.

Charges are only for purchase a bid package on Zbiddy. I have seen many penny auction users who first purchase the package, lost it on bidding and then file a charge back and spread bad things about the company.

Winning Penny Auction sites like Zbiddy needs patience and good strategy. It is better to read their terms and condition, How it works page and other details before you jump into the bidding war and lose.

I was on ZBiddy. My credit card had unauthorized charges on it. You get charged the price that you won the item plus a service charge. This may be very confusing when you win many items. Your credit/debit card will have 10 charges on it for 5 items that you won. Now here is the catch: I had a $ .02 charge on it that was not authorized. They couldn't explain where this came from, only that they are connected with other overseas companies. Hey. Taking one penny unauthorized is STEALING. Multiply these pennies by who knows how many customers and you have big bucs. IT IS A SCAM. I had them live online and they counldn't explain some of these charges. I was going to go over them one at a time. They couldn't explain them. (I HAD MANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES). I had to close my account with them in order to get my credit card numbers out of their system. I did this to avoid any further charges. I also blocked all my cards and got new ones.
Before bidding on something you should read the fine print below the description, because there are MANY restrictions, exclusions...etc. Things that are FREE are not really FREE when you find out all the information. I won $2000 grocery cash. When I got on the site I had to pay additional fees. I had to pay $300+ for a plane ticket that I could get on my own for less that half the price. This was in order to get FREE companion airfare. Some people were bidding on items that were worth $5. They would win the item for, lets say, $2 and then pay a fee on top of it. THE ZBIDDY SYSTEM SUCKS AND IS A SCAM. They are just stealing your money. I heard about many Companies/crooks out there that will get your credit/debit card number when you purchase. or win something and then make some additional, small charges on them (so you won't notice). This company did this to me. It happens to many people out there. BEWARE

This company thinks that we are all stupid. They take advantage of their customers, making them think that they are winning alot, but are actually paying alot. They are getting scammed.
