Ok so I've read a lot of zbiddy complaints.
Yes this website is a scam you have to put money down before you can join. But for all of you who have been scammed by them you obviously didn't read the whole page.
When you are asked to give your billing information it says just above it that the total package charge was $159!
I'm sorry if you feel ripped off but when your entering any new website where you might have to pay for something those that are legit will not ask for your billing information until you have won a bid or selected an item.
I don't mean to be harsh but I am only 19 years old and your trying to tell me that a bunch of middle aged people who should know better than me got ripped off because they didn't read the whole damn page?!
Buyer beware things are not always what they seem read everything before handing out your information!
Sincerely,
Brianna
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
A bid package is non-refundable. It is mention on their Terms & Condition page.

Try to understand how a penny auction model works rather than blaming a legit site like Zbiddy. Zbiddy.com is much better than the other penny auction websites
Zbiddy is genuine penny auction site.
Search youtube, google and their site (zbiddy) to know how exactly a penny auction site work. You can also find tips and tricks to win on these sites easily.
That's the correct support no. of Zbiddy. I talked to James and he was very supportive.

Hey David! First try to understand the penny auction model and then jump into bidding.
The model works like this: You buy a bid pack, then bid on the product you want. If you're the last person to bid, you win the item. There's some strategy to it, sites like zbiddy can really pay off. I've won several auctions and paid significantly less than retail each time.
IF ANY SITE ASKS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, please expect to be charged. Very few companies will refrain from charging until after the trial period is over, or whatever. Most will charge you first then make you do the work to get the money back.
NO COMPANY NEEDS your credit card for a simple registration. They may ask for your billing info is you sign up for a trial, but the honest ones will let you cancel without any charges. MOST internet sites will charge you first, then let you try to get rid of the charges.
It is unfortunate, but a remnant of the internet from the early days of porno rip-off sites.
BE CAREFUL! Never give your credit card info on the internet unless you know someone else who has used the site and not been ripped off!
Well, I believe their customer support number is [protected]. They have a good team. I am sure they will help.
I was referred to this site by another site. i guess like most people, i wasn't really paying attention to why i was putting int my credit card info but it also said nothing about paying for bids. This site is VERY deceptive and misleading. When I called to ask for my money back they were semi nice about it. they tried to offer my $5oo dollars in grocery coupons and $100 from restaurants.com and then said that i was sure to win but if i didn't then they would replenish the 250 bids for absolutely free. i wasn't biting so i told them that that would not be useful and that i just wanted my money back. he said that he talked to the billing department and they authorized him to give me back $75.00 which would appear in my account in 3-5 business days. and they were still giving me 100 dollars from restaurant.com. They did refund my money but i still wouldn't suggest this site. the auctions are like never ending and unless you are sitting in front of the computer for about 12 hours looking at the auction you are almost sure not to win. and the restaurants on the website are totally crappy and were mainly like fast food like taco joints... go figure. The next day upon trying to log on..i could not and they kept saying that they sent an email to my account...hogwash. furthermore it seems mighty suspicious that after using this site my credit card information was stolen and used in an entirely different state. hmmm...you be the judge! Beware
Zbiddy.com is a legit site and the registration on the website is free. To purchase your bids, you will be required to pay $0.60 per bid and the bids come in packs of all sizes. It is advisable to read the website's terms and conditions thoroughly prior to choosing to participate.
BAD BAD BAD site they took 99$ of my credit card without any authorization ! Tried to give useless coupons that dont work, , offered me only half of 99$ ... Called 3 times finally got my account deleted and they say they will reimburse me my 99$ withing the next 32 to 72 hours. Got an email from them saying I should see my refund within 5-7 buisness days ? Awefull site ebay is way better they dont try to rip me off
You would have hit some button that confirmed your authorization, else Zbiddy never charges without authorization.
Zbiddy is more trustable than any other penny auction site.
I found Zbiddy in business for more than 1.5 years. I trust zbiddy.
Zbiddy is a great site among other penny auction site.
