Mutual & Federal No feedback

I have been trying to get a hold of the company to get my IRP5 form. I was given an email address as nobody answers their phones. email is lenford. [protected]@ominsure.co.za Needless to say there has been no response even after sending the email twice. I am sure if I wanted to take up a policy someone would have assisted me by now. Its frustrating really the least is that someone can respond to my email.

Mutual & Federal An insurance company admin plus insurance under written by mutual and federal

Since from the 17/11/2020 I have submitted about 3 claim forms, 2 emails and a couple of phone calls to Admin plus insurance with regards to my device that is insured with them, up to this day I did not get any response, the phone just ring and goes un answered then gets dropped after a while.
All my attempts to contact them seems to be in vain.

Kindly assist in this matter.

Mutual & Federal insurance company refuses to provide my information to me

2 days ago I discovered that I have been paying for a car tracking device on my car from 2014 and have never had one installed. To my knowledge Mutual and Federal was my initial insurer via Mont Blanc brokers.

The policy now sits with Quicksure. I called M&F to enquire about my initial policy and was greeted by a very abrupt call centre agent named Luvuyo Nqubelani. He was not prepared to give me any information on the policy and kept me on hold for over 15 minutes to be be transfered to his manager.

I will be reporting M&F to the insurance OMBUD. This is for you records.
Their website does not exist.

Mutual & Federal finding excuses not to pay

Soooooooooooooo... I've had household insurance with iwyze for almost 4 years and have NEVER submitted any claim. My plasma TV stopped worked recently, The assessor came to collect it. Now they are telling me that the components on the TV stopped working and according to them it is due to wear and tear and that is not covered in the policy. In their policy documents they do not state these things. what exactly then is the point of having this kind of insurance. I ALWAYS pay on time, I've NEVER missed a payment and I've NEVER made a claim SINCE taking the cover in 2013! what a pointless excise this has been. Thank you very much for NOTHING! Yesterday I received a call from an Iwyze consultant, she promised to forward me confirmation and reasons for why my claim was declined. I am still waiting for the document

Mutual & Federal Unauthorised debit order

I contacted mutual & federal to get a personal insurance for car, content & building. The consultant by name of selwyn koonman informed me that i was not insured immediately as he needed to get a go ahead from the underwriters on the 30th september 2016.
A few hours after, i was informed by the same consultant that m & f denied to grant me insurance as i was a high risk and indicated to me that despite having given them my banking details no funds were to be deducted from my account.
On the 1st october 2016, m& f debited my account by r3349.00. Efforts to have my refund of my money transferred to my account has proved fruitless as of now 06th october 2016.
