On July 26 at 9:29 am I received a one-way message addressed to me from Yahoo [protected]@cc.yahoo-inc.com

The message beginns with the statement that my account is currently not enabled to sign in from apps that do not meet modern security standards.

They I have three options to respond to. The first is:

silveracre.com is still having client emails rejected when trying to confirm their orders. We cannot delay sending for 4-5 days sending emails because we have a large e-cart comic business. This block has to be cleared manually by Yahoo.

Can you remove the block. This is a commercial website and no spamming, a false positive. Obviously we cannot change our domain name or clients emails address.

I have set my homepage and search engine to google. As I type in the search bar, it says "search google" in blue next to it. When I press enter, however, the search results are on yahoo. I don't want yahoo, because the search results are never what I want, but on google I find the best results very easily. Yahoo is not benefiting me and I just want google back. Please help!

Since Yahoo changed their web email interface, all emails from my inbox before 13.02.2017 were deleted. I contacted their support and requested an email restore but the issue remained unsolved. I also started a topic on their community forum and I was surprised to find out that I was not the only one facing this issue. This is a violation of corresponence by deleting important emails and if they are not able to handle those kind of issues, their email service will lose credibility. By losing those emails, I am currently facing job-related issues and I find their solution entirely unprofessional.

We were locked out of our Flickr account. We did not change the password but the system refuses to accept the password. When we contact customer care they will not accept the 5 security questions that were developed when we set up the account. Instead, they want 5 contacts or 5 private albums. We only use this account for Flickr so there are no contacts or private albums. We have other accounts for email.

Even though Yahoo changed the requirements without warning anyone their customer care group will make absolutely 0 effort to help unless you provide the 5 contacts or 5 albums. Knowing there are not any means nothing and no other form of proof is accepted.

I have been on Flickr from 2004 and have never been treated so poorly. How on earth is it acceptable to change the requirements without telling anyone and then refusing to lift a finger to help.

So the issue I was having with Yahoo Mail was simply that my "sending name" did not represent my real last name, nor did it match up with any information I had on file. (IE. my account settings) I searched my issue online, but I had already followed all of their instructions and still yet the problem was not resolved. I had extreme, and I mean extreme, difficulties contacting a Yahoo representative. I ended up having to file a "harassment claim" just for my issue to be seen by customer service. I explained my entire situation and an employee named Nasir simply emailed me back with a link to their help website... which I clearly said I visited multiple times. Ok... so I email him back and tell him that and then I receive an email about five minutes later saying that my case has been closed, as they feel as though my issue has been resolved. I don't think so! I literally do not know who to contact in regards to this problem because Yahoo makes it impossible to talk to a real employee! What could have been solved with a quick email to a customer service representative has now turned me outraged over Yahoo's unprofessional, and quite frankly ridiculous behavior.

I have now gone through countless emails and 5 different cases in the past month trying to gain access to my Flickr account that was deleted on June 21st. Your security questions asked to prove I am the account holder are ridiculous and impossible to answer. I now know I am not the only one having this problem and Yahoo changed their security policies without giving any warning to their users. This is unacceptable and I refuse to just give up like your agents encourage me to do. I want my account back and I will not give up until that happens.

I would like to complain about ideological bias on the Yahoo News feed in the United Kingdom. The ideological bias is very "in your face". I don't have to cite specific news stories because they are endless, any one story will do, as they are clearly the direct result of a specific ideological policy from the yahoo news UK team. Yahoo is not neutral but heavily biased and is creating fake new stories that push that bias.

Whenever I work on yahoomail, it frequently displays "No Internet Connection-Help" and yahoomail hangs during that period.
I have removed all "temp." files from my laptop but the problem still existing.
Even if I work on some other PC, the same problem occurs.

Plus size blogger Callie Thorpe was recently featured in an article by Yahoo. I cannot find the article with the comments, but Callie has taken to Instagram to share some of the hateful things that have been written about her. The comments are absolutely vile, internet bullying and abuse, and this is not acceptable. It is 2017, we are living in an age where this sort of vile behaviour should not be tolerated. These comments need to be taken down, and prevented from happening. I think yahoo need to feature more content educating their readers about the awful repercussions that comments as such may have, in order to change the way their readers think. The absuive culprits on this post need to be banned from commenting again, and Callie issued an official apology. I am disgusted with some of the comments I have seen.

A serious reported (of which I have dealt with from Yahoo before) knows that for me to talk to press it has to go through proper procedure as we as a bank are regulated. She did no such thing. I have put her on the internal blacklist and I would greatly appreciate you retracting that article and taking it off the site.

To reiterate, Nicole is a very dishonest media personality giving the media a worse name than they already have. This was a silly meaningless click bait article and I'm sure Nicole is pleased with her smug self. However, she should be reprimanded for media practices if not fired.

Every time I click on the news I see a news story about a toddler / baby/ or other child being murdered. I will never look at Yahoo news again unless you can figure out a way to not post every depressing news story your editors find when trolling the news plotter. Maybe just put a disclaimer saying graphic story and then a person has to click the link to see the story. Please address this issue or I cannot continue using or recommending your service .
