Employee Jacob called me at 220 pm MDT 07/21/2025 on a dispute about a bill, when I asked him if I could talk to someone else or his supervisor or have a supervisor call me back, he said no and preceded to hang up on me. Acct # [protected].. I hope you have calls recorded because I want a call back on his behavior on his customer service. I then called back and actually got someone on the phone who provided assistance. Zena [protected]
