Fast response to request for quote. Fair pricing. Efficient and effective removal of two 34 year old toilets and installation of two new models. Serviceman did a good job and provided useful information on performance of new lower gallon per flush models installed. When 3rd new toilet arrives, I will definitely have J&J back for the removal and installation. Also, will check with them when I need other plumbing work.

Zach came out to provide a quote on the furnaces we needed installed. He was professional, courteous, and friendly as he checked out the furnaces and made his recommendations. He offered several options and explained each with enough time for questions and feedback. This will be the second time using J&J (different house the first time) and they are still doing a great sales effort. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Had a wonderful experience with J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric yesterday. Dave was truly professional. Arrived on time, followed covid procedures and quickly determined our problem with the kitchen sink. Our leak was due to a faulty faucet. We were shown all our options. Dave was efficient, friendly and his work ethic was first class. Thanks again for your service and would be happy to see Dave anytime to repair our plumbing needs. Five stars and highly recommend!

John and Peter were amazing. This water heater location was in a tight spot. At one point, there were three workers in the laundry room. They then had to locate another size water heater owing to space limitations. They were creative problem-solvers and presented me with options. I appreciate their patience and professionalism. Thank you J&J, I am very impressed and would not hesitate to refer any of my neighbors, family, and friends.

J & J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric installed a hot water tank during the time of the COVID Pandemic. They performed the job in a safe and timely manner. They were on time to the scheduled appointment. I was given a short training session on the maintenance and operation of the tank. They cleaned up and I had an electronic receipt of payment prior to the projected completion time. Our neighbor referred J & J to us and I would refer J & J to others. I had what looked like an easy 1 person task, that actually required two skilled people. Thankfully I decided to not try on my own, and called J&J. John and James actually came earlier than expected. They listened to my concerns. Made me aware of the exact cost of repairs ahead of time. They did a terrific job, and I was glad I called instead of fighting it on my own. They were efficient, thorough and very neat. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was very impressed that J and J plumbing was able to fit me in on such short notice during such a hot week. Then, our technician John, was informative, friendly, completely trustworthy, and did the job above and beyond. Being elderly, I have to pinch pennies and John charged for the services rendered and did not try to oversell, however did point us in the right direction as to what is next. We had J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric out to help us today. They quickly figured out why our bathtub drain was running so incredibly slow. Not only did they fix the problem, but educated us as to why it was running slow and how to take care of the unit in the future. Then they went through the list of issues that I was concerned with and helped me to understand each and fixed what needed to be fixed. They were honest, friendly, and respectful. They presented me with multiple options for my concerns and they did not pressure me.

We are so happy to have found the J&J Plumbing Heating and Cooling team. We have called them several times over the past few months since purchasing a new home. From the first contact to job completion, we have been very satisfied. All of the professionals that have come to our home have been great. Today, Nathan, came to inspect a furnace blower issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, did a great job of explaining his findings, and offered a solution at no cost to us. He definitely earned a 5-star rating from a very happy customer.

Carl came over for a same-day service call and promptly diagnosed the problem with our radiant heat boiler. He clearly communicated the issue and the proposed solution and cost and had the boiler up-and-running in a short period of time. Carl took further steps to make sure we were satisfied, pointing-out other things to look for to make sure the boiler continued running properly and efficiently. Carl also noticed a possible missing part to the boiler face plate and took the initiative to call the manufacturer to confirm the proper part was present. I highly recommend J&J Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for prompt, professional service.

Dave and John came out for a consult after Dominion found a gas leak. Their comprehensive inspection found multiple leaks and code violations that were very unsafe. I got scheduled quickly for replumbing the gas lines and also to replace an 11-year-old water heater. They did a fantastic job with all the work. They redid all the gas lines and installed the new water heater in one day, working through lunch. When they were done, I got a clear walk through of the new hardware. During Install, I also got updates. J and J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric offers great service at a good price. I'm confident in all the work completed. The front desk is great, they arrive on time, and are a very professional crew. A++

I had two separate appointments. One was on Monday Jul 13 for a blocked drain line. John came and unclogged the drain, and he was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Then on July 14 , since my a.c. system was not cooling properly, John and Sarah came out and cleaned and serviced my ac . Both John and Sarah were very knowledgeable and professional, . And they answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they finished in a timely manner and my home is now cool. This is my first experience with this company, and I am very pleased. From the online scheduling to my conversation with the office to the courtesy the repair personnel showed me by calling before each appointment to let me know they were reroute to my home.

We had piping to our fireplace replaced on 8/30 due to a leak. This required adding a key valve in the floor to replace our old valve. My husband and I were both home while the work was being done. The two J&J employees doing the work discussed placement of the valve with us, and mentioned they were trying to avoid the floor joist in the area below. We were not picky with the placement and agreed they should avoid the joist. When the work was done, it looked great from above, but the plumber only showed me pictures of the work in the basement. We paid and they left. Later in the day we went to the basement to check things out and found that they cut out half the joist! Big mistake on their part, and it appears they tried to hide it from us by only showing pictures. I was not happy with this and have reached out to J&J three separate times with no follow up. I understand mistakes happen, but it's the handling of this issue that is really disappointing. We won't be using them again.

On 6/15 made appointment a week in advance he showed up 1hr and 25mins late we called and called the company no Relief their home base didn't even know where he was,with NO respect from Him he didn't even call to let us know something,see i am a truck Driver so if i am going to be later or there is some type of delay I put in a call Noooo not him yes I know him from the past cause he dealt with my Dad when he was alive now he gone its been 18 months my mom his wife.i know for a fact that he took advantage of situation cause I know Nothing about pumps I am a Truck Driver 18years I am a man of Color so$125.00 for so called Diagnostic no it was not when he made his remark you have to pay me for my time I am like you where Late 1hr 20mins appointment was at 9am,whew its a lot I what and need to say yet heres my Last I payed him which he didn't deserve that the $45.00 he charged to take a Screw out lift the pump up i was really passed cause he made me late for my appointments anyway 45.00 to do that I can't even give 1 star cause his service was all F's thumbs down.Keith Thomas Not happy and as far as the quote goes i ask for a breakdown on the quote didn't get that at all just 1300 plus to replace a pump smh.

They came by my house to unclog a drain. They had to unclog the main and the pipe leading to the drain in the laundry room. There was a little bit of water and some small black chunks that came up from the drain in the laundry room before they arrived. They snaked the main and the laundry room pipe. They told me before they left that they did not sanitize. I was ok with that. I did not expect them to sanitize, but I did expect them to clean up after themselves. They left a root and a small mess by the main. They left an utter mess in my laundry room. It looked like everything they brought up they left behind. Toilet paper, a little bit of excrement, urine, and all kinds of other unidentifiable black stuff. I talked to the foreman and he said that they don't clean up due to EPA rules. He said that they would have to have their plumbers wear special suits to do that and they don't do that. I know for a fact that another company does clean up after themselves. This company is hiding behind EPA rules. The foreman actually offered for the owner of the company to come and clean my car to make up for this. I was shocked. I was already shocked that any company would leave behind such a mess, hide behind EPA rules that somehow seem to apply to them but not other companies, and offer nothing but having the owner come clean my car. I am still in shock at what they left behind. If they planned on leaving a mess and they want to hide behind EPA rules, at least they could let the customer know before they even begin work that they don't clean up after themselves. I ended up having to clean it up myself because I have pets and I did not want them to get into it. I would not recommend using this company. And in case any other company might want to use an excuse hiding behind EPA rules, I would suggest asking a company if they clean up before you even hire them. This is simply appalling.
