individual entered backyard police called arrived home to find him on front walk asked why he was in backyard and told he was going to change to smart meter — Colorado has a state law that they must give 90 day notice then 60 day then 30 day Told him no notice received and to leave became belligerent telling us he could do what he wanted Told him to leave and he did
now I get a letter from Excel telling me that since I threatened their unidentified employee or contractor that they are going to cut my power unless I agree to a smart meter I opted out last year and agreed to pay the extra fee Emailed customer service and to date no answer
