The representative I worked with Sonia was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of setting up my utilities including internet, power and water. It certainly made the process of setting everything up for my new home less stressful.

Was an awesome experience and Sonia kept on top of everything. Since we had a new build not only did she call me back to ask about how things were going closer to the closing date but also she helped by taking a few things off my plate. Thank you Sonia!

Wonderful to have the help setting up utilities especially when you are from out of state and don't have clue to what is needed. Trey was wonderful, patient (I was having serious cell phone connection issues) and informative especially for the technically challenged. Great service.

Terrible Service. They sent me an email that was supposed to include all the info I needed, however, the water and electric had no contact info, the gas company was incorrect, and the trash company they choose (didn't give me options) was one of the highest. Do your own research. What a waste of time.

Utility Connect shopped around for the best electric , internet and phone services for me. I had to connect electric and water right away. And they took the stress out. I couldn't connect internet until a month later when furniture arrived from out of state . Erika from Utility connect followed up with me and got me the best internet plan for me. Thank you!.

Sonia was so great to work with! From the very beginning, she was so patient with my husband and I and carefully explained all of the details of the home security utility we were looking to connect to our new home. As first time homeowners, we definitely had a lot of questions, and she answered all of them for us with patience. She wasn't pushy at all and definitely helped us pick out a home security system we were comfortable with. Her attention to detail was excellent! Highly recommend Sonia!

Being new and buying a home in a new city and state 8 hours from my previous home, this service was EXCEPTIONAL. It took the concern of investigating internet providers, security providers, home utilities and even trash collection. My consultant, Trey, was very personable and thorough and provided all the options available in my area and he made sure I understood everything in whatever decision I made. No sales pitches for anything. I honestly felt like a weight was lifted as my to do list decreased by 99% in this one phone call. That's huge

So Convenient! Thank you Raleigh from Utility Connect for calling me and setting me up with contact info for all my utilities in California. We are moving from Texas to California, and I knew the utilities I needed were a lot different than what we had when we moved from California 9 years ago. I didn't know where to start. Raleigh went through his check list and made sure I received contact information for everything. He was so patient and courteous. I now know my mail will forwarded, and utilities moved over to our name before we arrive, which is what we needed to happen. Thank you so much for your help!
