Wyndham Rewards used a third party to book our hotel stay in Sedona AZ. The date for cancellation was 12/20. ON 12/20, we tried to cancel but the third party HotelBedsUSA.com said they could not cancel and sent us back to the original agent Wyndham rewards who told us the same thing.
This is the problem. Wyndham Rewards should not be using third party hotel bookings for their members who have to pay more and cannot get
any response from this vendor. BBB has HotelBedsUSA.com rated as an F with an alert. This reflects poorly on Wyndham. We will not be Wyndham services for hotel reservations ever again.

Desired outcome: Please stop using third party hotel booking companies such as HotelBedsUSA.com. They are not providing the proper service and could not even verify our booking. They sent us back to Wyndham as the originator of the booking.
