Woolworths South Africa review: Old people treated bad

My mom is 80 years old and we both loved shopping at WW. This morning 4 May 2020 about 10Hh00 my mom went to Woolworth Benoni Lakeside Mall to buy her weekly goods. She stood in line and a staff member came took her trolley and pushed her trolley to the back of the line, she is old and confused and fetched her trolley, again the staff person took her trolley and pushed to the back. She is old and was very disrespected. She asked why they treating her so bad and they gave her dirty looks. I need to know how this is except able.
