Woolworths tomatoes

I purchased 6 tomatoes with in a packet the expiry date 26th May and yesterday 23rd May I opened them 4 were squeeze soft the kind of soft that was off when slicing one you could tell it was no good. All of them were the same inedible. Only 2 were perfectly fine. As they are not exactly cheap I was less than impressed attached are photos which don't give a good look at them but I assure you they were not good

Woolworths staff service on refund

Today (23 May), I bought two persimmons at Riverwood store advertised 2 for $3 but the price at self check out is $2 each.

I told the lady in self service area and she advised me to check the displayed price. I did after finishing payment for other shopping and took the price tag to show staff at the service counter.

The staff at service counter questioned another male staff who may be responsible for the price tag.

The staff at service counter then blame me and warned me not to take the price tag because she can accuse me creating and bringing a fake price tag which shows the 2 for $3 offer has expired.

I'm complaining about the poor customer service and accusations all for the refund of $1.

Staff at Riverwood seems to be hostile for customers asking for refund.

The store is 1097 trans 2368 17:46 23/05/2018 for the purchase and trans 8085 17:54 23/05/2018

Please advise if you have any queries and I'm happy to provide further information if required.

Thank you.

Tim

Woolworths lack of service

As a 75-year-old woman, I regularly shop, using my own bags. Yet, time and time again, the young people on the checkout do not know how to pack.
If you are moving to get rid of plastic bags then you must teach your staff to pack properly.
Today, I had 6 large cordial bottles placed in one bag; five 2 litre orange juice bottles placed in another, then 10 sauce bottles, 4 tins placed in another.
I had trouble lifting the bags into my car, then trying to get them out, so had to stand in the dark, repacking so I could get them into my home.
I am strong but this is ridiculous. Please introduce training asap as I have seen other people experiencing the same problem. We are trying to do the right thing by using our own bags but if I hurt myself trying to carry these poorly packed bags I can assure you I will take legal action. Look after your customers!

Woolworths macro cacao craze 30g

I bought a packet of the Macro Cacao Craze Almonds and when I read the ingredients, I was shocked to find that the product did NOT contain any Cacao at all. Instead it contains Cocoa. Is this not false advertising? I would not have purchased them if I had known this. I couldn't read the ingredient list in store as I didn't have my glasses and the writing was so small. I normally do all my shopping online and if a product i'm not familiar with does not show an ingredient list, I will not buy it. How many other products do you have out there that has false advertising?

Woolworths specials pricing

I went to my local Woolworths Store, (No.1124 Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour) at around 9 am this morning, (Wednesday 23 May 18), to do my weekly grocery shop. To my dismay, much of the price tagging work reflecting this week's specials had not been done, nor were any current catalogues available. This added some considerable time and frustration to my shopping experience, as I went back and forth to the self serve area to "scan check" individual items. The team member responsible for putting up the price tags for this week's specials was in the canned vegetable isle with a large bundle of tags in her hand. I suspect she still had an hour or so to go before completing the task.
In my view, weekly specials tags should be done before the shop opens.

Woolworths online

I completed an order at woolworthd online on thursday (17/05/18) when i put in my card details to pay for the goods it came up with an error, order did not go through but the money was taken out of my bank account. Straight after this happened i contacted woolworths and they fax my details to my bank to return the funds back to me, i was advised i will receive the funds in 3 business days. I called again on Monday (21/05/18) to confirm my information had been sent off as i have received no confirmation from woolworths and he said the funds had been removed from their account and confirmed i will get my money back on 22/05/18. Well today is 22/05/18 and i still have not received my money, called woolworths AGAIN to confirm transaction details to provide to my bank to check the progress, i said to the lady i want to be compensated but she said 'the funds have been removed from woolworths account therefore this is now not their issue and i will not be compensated, will need to take this matter up with my bank'. What the hell woolworths! This was NOT my issue! Very pissed off! I only shopped with woolworths as coles online had no pick up options available for that day. Maybe next time when this happens you should try and help the customer instead of taking no blame. Why could the lady not just faxed my order to my selected woolworths? Why does the funds have to be returned which is not a quick process!

Woolworths kingland dairy free yogurt

Hi, Can I please request that Kingland Dairy Free Yogurt is continued at Woolworths stores. Being dairy free we have far fewer options than people who can eat diary and my children and myself were very satisfied with the Kingland Dairy Free yogurt (it is the only yogurt my one child will eat). They are also much lower in sugar than the other soy yogurts. Thank you.

I would also like the King Island non diary yohurt (4 pack) to still be available at Woolworths. I have purchased it regularly over the years and will have to try Coles since Woolies no longer seem to stock it?

Woolworths shopping experience

On Monday 21/05/2018 at 1328hrs as printed on my receipt I was shopping at Woolworth's Bass Hill Plaza, Sydney NSW. I was at the self serve checkout due to less staff on service checkouts, Store 1147 POS 061 TRANS 674 I was scanning my items when the staff approached asking to check if we scanned the meat properly even though she was watching the entire time and seen us scan it, now she seen it was correct and by that time it was obvious I was wrongfully accused and had everyone there stare at us thinking we are thieves and putting us down. I have been a security officer for 9 years and I have worked in shopping centres I know how the law works with Woolworth's and I know what they can and can not do. I felt very embarrassed as its the month of Ramadan and stealing is a very big crime also the fact there was a lot of people there that might know me and could've ruined my family's reputation. I asked for her name and she refused to tell me and had no name badge in what I thought every staff should have? Another customer at a checkout was asking for help and all she was doing is staring making sure we scan everything and didn't help the other customer until we have finished our shopping. I went to the customer service and spoke to staff named Emily, I asked for a manager and she said there manager is not available so I asked for the assistant manager and got told there was no assistant manager and told me she is in charge of customer service so I explained to her what has happened and why it happens with that exact staff member everytime we go shopping I spent $226 on groceries so why should I not pay for anything, I just want an outcome on why we keep getting harassed. That staff from self serve her name is Hai if that's how it's spelt. I spoke to the bass hill manager Kevin and was not a help at all he explained it's her job and that every hour 30, 000 people go in and out I'm happen to be one of that 30, 000 that gets searched stared at and stopped all the time. Kevin was saying that he will review the footage and let me know. Now if I wanted an outcome on the situation Kevin should have taken all my details but instead did not ask for my name or my contact details. He sounded very dry and couldn't care less as I've said I've worked with Woolworth's managers all the time and I have seen this attitude of throw it away he won't do anything but instead I'm taking this further. I want an outcome of this otherwise I will be taking legal advise for wrongfully accusing before I even paid and scanned all my items. That staff member Hai is the only one that does that to us all the time and everytime she turns out wrongfully accusing.

Thank you
Amir Kaloof

Woolworths poor customer service

Hi i'm a regular shopper at woolworths kippa-ring, my partner and I was purchasing things when we were served by a staff member who had really poor customer service at 1.29pm today. She seemed like she didn't want to service us and was abrupt and short which we didn't appreciate and as a loyal customer I find it disgusting that staff act that way today and at the front of the shop promoting [censored] customer service. Turns me off shopping at woolworths. She walked away while we were trying to get an explanation about the boat competition that they had on and didn't care what we had say and she did not explain herself properly. The staff member says if u spend $50 or more you get one entry form, if u spend $300 you'll still get one entry form which I think is abit unfair and can you provide information and why was your staff incompetent in doing her job serving customers. Can there be more happier friendlier staff with great customer service

Woolworths beef burgers containing glass

Hi There,

We recently purchased these burger patties from Woolworths and although we have done so in the past, we never found foreign objects inside them before.
I literally bit into a piece of glass and crunched it! needless to say it was an awful experience, telling my kids not to eat theirs any further just in case.

Please see attached photos, the image with the finger indicates the piece of glass removed from my mouth and a better image next without the pointing finger, also the container purchased for your records.

Woolworths gardener mixed blossom honey 400g

I purchased the product believing it to be a 100% Australian product but discovered that it only had (at least 40% Australian honey). I find this information very misleading as I do not know what this Honey is being topped up with and where it comes from. In Australia we have disease free beesunlike many other countries. I do not understand why our Australian products should be topped up with who knows what! I returned the unopened jar . Could you please let me know if you agree with this practice.
Regards Dianne Morgan

Woolworths customer service

On the 16th May (approx 0930) I went to purchase a Kraft dip, specifically either salmon & dill or prawn & crab. After looking & noticing the entire dip range had been halved! I approached a staff member to query whether the dips had been moved, she was unable to help but offered to call area staff to assist. Said team member arrived & explained the dip range had been deleted. I asked for a complaints/feedback form to voice my disgust, unless you like hummus, guacamole, beetroot or french onion, gherkin dip, there is nothing to choose from anymore. This staff member proceeded to take me up to the service desk & explained what I wanted, this person didn't know where to find one, asked another team member, who asked another team member who got the front end controller, who said these forms don't exist. Not one of these 5-6 members had any idea what web address or phone number to contact to voice a complaint. Totally disgusted how little your workers know about how to handle complaints. Train your staff.

Woolworths woolworths fuel station

The Woolworths service station on Birkdale road Birkdale has put signs on their pumps stating that 5hey are out of order. It is strange that the prices of fuel is about to go up here this weekend. I believe that they are trying to make extra profits from the fuel that they have in their tanks.

This is not a good look for Woolworths. As a loyal customer I am disappointed in this action.

Woolworths rafferty's gardens yoghurts

Hello
I live in Cloncurry which is a fairly remote country town in Qld. We have 2 choices to shop in town Woolies and Foodworks.
I was quite upset today when i went shopping to find the Raffertys Gardens yoghurt was discontinued.
This is the only yoghurts that my 1 year old daughter eats and is the only yoghurts that are for 6 month plus children.
Foodworks dont stock it so now i have to drive 120kms to Mt Isa woolies to get it.
Do you consider people in remote areas when you do these things?

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I recently purchased a jar of this product believing it to be 100% Australian family owned but in small print on a separate part of the jar it claimed to use at least 40% Australian honey. I find this very unsatisfactory as our pure Australian honey is being topped with honey from who knows where. Our Australian bees are free of diseases that are common in...

Hi. I purchased a woolworths brand indian cuisine chicken korma with rice from the woolworths and I have just opened it to cook it and it is all rice... There is nothing else in there. On the packet it says "chargrilled chicken cooked in creamy coconut sauce with cardamom, ground almonds and coriander". I took a picture of the packet - the box and the contents.

Woolworths I am complaining about customer service

I always pick my fresh groceries and products I need from Woolworths and green bank branch very handy on the way home but the last two visits have being more inconvenient.
One visit produced one person serving on check out which I had to use the manual service to swipe my groceries and pack my own bags and second visit had me looking two see two check outs of 8 or 9 open ther fore using manual system again.
It's not my job to go to a grocery store and pack my own groceries in a bag and then wait in a long line two do so.
Thanks woolies customer satisfaction zero
