I paid up front for a 30 day stay at 5350 w Sam Houston parkway N Houston, Tx 77041. I arrived and the first two nights, it days I should say, because I work overnight around machinery and have to get rest during the day. Well I did not want to be that guest that always complains but I mentioned another guest and their puppies whining crying and guest yelling most of the time, like 90 percent of the day is spent listening to it. Well I've had enough I want a refund for the three weeks I will not use due to their inability to be accommodating and move me into another room or when one becomes available. If I do not get rest and an indecent occurs at my job it will be due to sleep deprivation and I will sue. I follow every rule at hotel, when I have a guest I bring through lobby and they do not start or get access to my key. I do not damage property or cause disturbance but this directly affects my performance at work, my safety for myself and those around my work area. This could result in many issues and all I wanted was to be placed somewhere in another room. Please respond as quickly as possible because I am drafting legal papers to file if this issues can't be resolved through issuing my refund for unused days.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of any unused days at hotel even though this issue was dealt with from day one and it is becoming a healthy and safety issue.
I am still fling my complaint due to not being able nor offered another room due to the one I'm currently in ad and another guest and their litter of puppies that whine and cry all night all day while that guest in another room continues to yell and holler at them. I work around heavy machinery and me being drowsy from not being able to rest is a safety issue and therefore can result in a legal issue I do not feel hotel has met any of their obligations to accommodate guest or adhere to their own policies which is breaching the paper signed
No action has been taken issue still remains and I'm still requesting refund of unused days and I am still drafting legal papers.
