WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. My reference is [protected]. I have spoken with Martin of Complete Save regarding this, but he has only refunded £45, therefore Complete Save still owe me £30. It was quite clear during our conversation that £15 had been taken from June to October amounting to £75.
Please now confirm that you will be refunding the £30 of my money that you still have.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have had £15 pounds taken from my joint account without authorisation from either myself or my husband. I haven't signed up to anything and want a full refund. I will take this further if I have to.

Complete save taking unauthorised money
My daughter has had 2 lots of £15.00 taken in just 2 weeks. How on earth can they get away with this. I have now spoken to this company and apparently no more payments will come out of her account. They have said it originated from moonpig !
Will she be able to get this money back at all as seems very fraudulent the way it was taken

I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster at 09:46 and at 09:48 this website took a transaction of 0 euros out of my account, starting a free trial unbeknownst to me. At no point did I sign up for this, I was tricked while buying my tickets into thinking that I was still buying my tickets even though this site had diverted me. A few minutes ago 15 euro was taken from my account. I've had to cancel my card because of this and I expect you to contact me to refund this money.

Same thing happened to me, I don’t know what to do. I never heard of this ever before.
I’ve just recently had £15 taken from my account without authorisation by Completesave.co.uk.
I’ve emailed them immediately to stop any future payments but upon reading these other messages of it happening to other people, I doubt they will listen.

Wly complete save have been taking money out of my account for 6 months! £15 a time meaning that they have taken £90 out of my account and not once have I agreed for this sign up! I have rang my bank and asked for this payment to be cancelled. I am outraged that this has been stollen from me!

I have just had GBP15.00 / SGD25.86 removed from my bank, but have never signed up to this. My email address is also not registered so not sure how my details have been found let alone money taken out my account.
I’ve had £15 per month taken since march totalling £75. I have never signed up for this. I have submitted my case and requested a full refund but had no response. This is disgusting. comments made by other people are exactly the same as mine.
I have just got £15 taken out of my account that I REALLY did not sign up for and ruined a day out with my loved one. Being a young teen and seeing my hard earned money being taken from me has left me upset and anxious about more of this money being taken out of my account. And me also wanting to save up for a car, this doesn’t help at all.

Wly completesave keep on taking £15 out of my account , I have no idea how they do this I have emailed them once asking them to stop but nothing has happened , I will be contacting my bank and the ombudsman if this continues

Over the past few months they have taken over 75 of me 15 every month I have not signed up for this and would like to know how to get my money back
over the past 6 months I’d say complete save have taken £15 out of my bank each month I have not signed up to nothing and is classed as fraud as I’ve not given out my bank details I’m not happy as I’m not sure I’d be able to get any money bank and I’m struggling on £60 let alone £45

I’ve never once subscribed to complete savings and it keeps taking £15 out of my account, I cancelled the subscription about 5/6 months ago and now money is being stolen from my account again. I was charged £15 10th June and now I’m being charged £15 today…i at least want £30 refunded….absolutely fuming.
I have never agreed to have the money taken from my account and as I now have changed to a current account that I cannot have standing orders or direct debits, yet you still have managed to take the money way every month I would like this investigated and refunded immediately
I had never heard of this company until yesterday when I received an email from them. So I went through my bank statements and discovered that they have taken £600 out of my account over the last three years. I have never, ever, given this company permission to take £15 per month and I therefore consider this to be theft.
Much the same as me, it turns out I bought something in Argos Dec 2019 and since then they have taken £15 per month out. Bank alerted me saying it was suspicious. Phoned them up and they say I had agreed to this (never) they are paying back 3 months straight away but have to fill in a claim for to see if i can get the rest.

Kindly refund the £105 you’ve taken from my bank account since November 2021. You can see that I have NOT used your services, nor have I ever sought them out. Please also explain which website I was using at the time when I apparently inadvertently ’signed up’ to WLY. As a company, I’d also like to know your views on the litany of other customers here reporting the same complaint.
