I was led to a tasked site for fastspring to enter my personal information and contract a subscription for a company of which I am not aware if nor can feasibly pay for a $39 subscription for. I would like fastspring to ensure that this subscription is completely cancelled and please remove my personal information. I have gotten through to their customer service who has told me the subscription is cancelled however I still see the subscription active on the account page.

I'm being charged for a subscription that I was not aware of. Immediately after receiving the charge, I contacted FastSpring to have the charges refunded since I do not use their products. I was given ZERO warning that I was going to be charged and that I had a recurring charges set to automatically come out of my PayPal address. I believe they automatically charged my account without my knowledge or notice. And now they have ignored my requests.

FastSpring 11/03 $72 AUD i would like a refund

11/03 $72 AUD i would like a refund. I have tried contacting tasked but they have no contact details, i did not authorise them to use my card. Fastsprings number does not work. i did the free trial and tried to cancel it but there was no cancel subscribtion and no where did it tell you how to cancel, i was not aware i would be oaying so much and the site did not work as described, the premium content does not work when you go into it nothing comes up its just blank. so i would like a refund.

I woke up to a charge from a company I have never dealt with called FASTSPRING 40 in the sum of $39.96. 0600 is the last four digits of the transaction number. I would like a refund immediately for this is going to cause another purchase not to fully be made and cause a whole new hell.

I have been receiving charges from this company since April and I have not signed up for anything! The first charge was $2.11, the next 3 charges were $43.25, $42.59 and $42.59. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want my money back!

I was charged an automatic payment of $8.00 off my PayPal account on 7/18 for FastSpring. I do not know this company and did not purchase anything from them so I don't know why an automatic payment of $8.00 was charged through my PayPal account.

FastSpring On May 23 I got an email stating that I made monthly subscription purchase in the amount of$399.00 with a software company name FastSpring

On May 23 I got an email stating that I made monthly subscription purchase in the amount of$399.00 with a software company name FastSpring on my PayPal account. The transaction is fraudulent because I never made the transaction so I'm assuming someone hacked my PayPal account making this purchase. I have been trying to file a dispute with Paypal who keep telling me that the transaction wasn't found fraudulent, that's not true. I just want this issued resolved by having my money placed back in my account.

Received two charges from FastSpring for 62.98 and 42.70. The email associated with these charges is not mine. I did not purchase anything online for these amounts. Customer service number directs you to an email address, no person to contact. Refund my account and cancel whatever bogus thing this is !

was purchasing a service for 9.99 a month . fast spring took my money twice . saying that the transaction was denied . when in fact it is not denied and was completed . contacted and they say there fraud pervention flagged it . i use this paypal address every day and never had any trouble . I keep having a charge of $21.74 twice a month from both fast spring and fs safe care for something I have no knowledge about. I have tried to speak to someone about this but am unable to contact a live person. This has gone on since last November. I have no registration number or receipt.All I have are two charges taken from my Buy power Card every month and have no idea or explanation as to what they are for. Please help.

We severed with DomainNameSanity, now run by FastSpring, and were told that a charge of $173.25 on 9/01 would be removed. It has not been removed, and when I tried contacting them there was only online help, but they charge $1 to speak to someone. I explained that this is a billing question but was connected to this technical help for #1 site both times. This is unsatisfactory, and don't know how to resolve this. Both telephone numbers (on my credit card statement and on their site) refer you to FSPRG.com, so there is no way to connect to a person, or to someone online who can help.

I purchased a Gabfire-designed Wordpress theme and website hosting service through FastSpring on July 11. Minutes after my purchase, I requested a refund when I realized the product and service I had purchased were nonexistent. FastSpring responded by saying I have to take it up with Gabfire (the product provider) and that Fastspring only processed the order. Well, Gabfire appears to be out of business as they are not answering my emails, have no phone number, and the CEO moved on to another business venture. FastSpring sold me a nonexistent service from a product provider that is no longer in operation. What a scam!

On 3/12 - 3 fraudulent charges were posted to my debit card; all three charges were for $75.26. I was notified of the charges by may financial institution. The bank advised I need to call the company at provided the phone number 877.327.8914; I called, all it is is a recorded message advising to go to a website. I did, looked up the charges and it indicated they were going to a bogus email. I attempted to advise them, via the website the charges are fraudulent, unauthorized and not made by the card owner. No one from the company has contacted me either phone or email. No phone number could be found. The lack of communication or caring about fraud is extremely troubling.

while surfing for freelance work, I got to visit the free 7 day trial period, I simply wanted to see, what exactly it has but there was nothing related. so I didn't use any services, but there was a deduction on 25th jan 2021 from my card and immediately I contacted the customer care and wrote the mail as well that please check there is no subscription valid now for coming month, hence the deduction should be refunded. but they are hardly bothered and there is no revert from the service provider. my query is while deducting the amount when you are so active, why don't you act as the complete mediator between customer and the service provider. That is my hard-earned money and why should I pay when I did not acquire or use any services. My humble request is to refund my amount back. Regards

On 11/25 a charge of $26.00 appeared on my credit card by fsprg.com. I do not recognize the company making the charge nor does fsprg identify the seller. Calling the company by phone or attempting to reach them through their website did not lead to access to any person or technique to identify . Since the original source of this charge is not identified and I cannot reach the company to find out, I should not be expected to assume the charge is legitimate. If fsprg is a third party they should be required to identify who originated the charge and the date so that customers can monitor their bills for possible.fraud. They should not be forced to conduct an investigation to determine the legitimacy. I would like my $26 charge reversed and the company mandated to identify the real source of the charge.

FastSpring On 7/22 I was charged an 'automatic' payment on my PayPal account through this company

On 7/22 I was charged an 'automatic' payment on my PayPal account through this company. When I contested the charge I was directed through FastSpring to a company called ZeveraHost for order ZEV31807S. There is no contact other than email. I emailed ZeveraHost on 7/23 and asked what the charge was for and was only advised that they "cancelled" my subscription effective 7/22/2022! I cannot find any information about this company other than it is "cloud" based. I have no cloud services nor do I EVER authorize automatic payments through PayPal. I have asked both FastSpring and ZervaHost repeatedly what this alleged account is for but they only tell me I paid for it and it has been canceled a year from now. PayPal will not assist as this company claims it was a subscription - but refuses to send them documentation or confirmation that I authorized anything either.

FastSpring In Spring 2019, I subscribed to the FamilyTime service which is a service to monitor your child's cell phone usage and GPS

In Spring 2019, I subscribed to the FamilyTime service which is a service to monitor your child's cell phone usage and GPS. It said it had a trial period and could be cancelled. Within 24 hours, I realized this app was not going to work for me as all functions didn't work on my device. I tried to get a refund and they told me they could cancel my subscription but there was no way to refund me. They tried to problem solve the app problem with me but were unsuccessful. The charge was about $30 for the year so I cut my losses and let it go. Today, March 24, I received an email from them that they charged my credit card for my yearly subscription. I checked my credit card and the charge is pending for $29.02. I immediately replied stating I had cancelled this a year ago and did not authorize this charge. I have not gotten a response yet. I will also be contesting it through my credit card company.

FastSpring Fast Spring is a 3rd party billing company that does customer billing for thousands of companies around the world

Fast Spring is a 3rd party billing company that does customer billing for thousands of companies around the world. They recently billed on behalf of Ahrefs, a company that provides a digital online subscription service to my company, that included sales tax. My company is located in the State of Florida which does not tax digital products that do not include tangible physical property. Although there is no Florida statute that directly discusses taxability of digital products, the Florida Department of Revenue has ruled items electronically delivered that lack physicality are not taxed. Attempts to contact Fast Spring by email have been replied to once then ignored. For FastSpring Support Case Number [protected] - Ahrefs [ ref:_00D80dhNH._5001E1P72KO:ref ]. The reply was... All products are now taxed at more accurate rates validated by an upgraded tax engine. In some cases, tax rates for products will change to be compliant or become eligible for tax-exemption in certain regions. This is one of those cases. I replied this was an error and cited the information mentioned above. The email was not given a reply. In addition efforts to contact Ahrefs were directed to a FastSpring online cite https://questionacharge.com/. The cite states that billing issues will be forwarded to the company (Ahrefs) who billed you to be addressed so it would best to send the issue to them directly. This is ludicrous because FastSpring is being paid to do the billing! A complete circle of nonsense and corporate mismanagement.

Good Morning, I paid for a one-year app service with Family Time to monitor our minor child's new cell phone in terms of geo-fencing, limiting access to installing new apps, monitoring his chat/contacts, and setting boundaries for times to use his phone. The app did not work despite multiple interactions with the Family Time customer service team. We un-installed and re-installed at least four times and did not get any better results. The 'dashboard' metrics all read 'zero' meaning no data was being uploaded to the app. We requested a refund, and they denied it stating that we purchased the app on a promotional / discounted rate ($36 for the first year) and were therefore ineligible for a refund. Our reasoning for this dispute is that the product never worked and was therefore defective. The below is a cut/paste from the email string with their Customer Service rep: Request #445291: Sara Jones (FamilyTime) Feb 29, 9:15 AM PKT Hello Jaye, (she has my name wrong!) Thanks for contacting FamilyTime customer support. The child phone does not have Internet access (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem, etc.). 2. The carrier is changed by a child phone which leads to the loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of FamilyTime application. 3. Update of operating system. 4. Child device was reset to original factory settings. 5. The customer does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team. 6. The customer does not accept technical assistance. 7.
