Do not order from wish! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. The representative from the iloveyou store (tina) was very rude and refused to help solve my issue. The wish web site claims "they got your back" but in all reality they don't even care enough to read your complaint let alone help resolve it. They just pass you over to the merchant and say good luck. I will not use this website ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone. My advice is to find another web site... Their products are cheap and their service is a joke!

I purchased two items and have not received any of them. On the app it says that I haven't even purchased anything. Not happy as I did leave my account to Wish.

I ordered 8 items from wish, they gave me a huge window for delivery and they still haven't arrived. The items are over 4 days late and I have been waiting for over 14 since ordering.

I noticed that $227.00 was removed from my account and I did not order anything of that amount online. I am on a very limited income. When I tried to call the number they only referred me to an internet site. I wanted to find out why they charged my account.

I ordered a ring light and a lash set $30 September 5th it was suppose to come 30th but they said it was delivered 14th but I never received got refund for the lash I try to contact to support but they stoped replying I want my refund

We had two identical charges removed from our checking account-$1428 EACH! Total-$2856. Resulting in multiple overdraft charges, inability to pay bills, etc...
Absolutely horrified and will be looking into criminally prosecuting this company!
Stay aware buyers! Do not share any of your information!

Many weeks ago, I ordered a Rechargeable Electric Mop and paid $22.29. So far all I have received (yesterday) are the sponges. When will I receive the rest of the mop? I can't do much with the sponges without the mop.

I ordered two plants from wish and was told they would take longer than estimated ship date. they never arrived and now I'm being told its past the eligible refund date. This is fraud. Never shopping with them again.

This is my first time hearing about wish.com. I haven't made any purchase or any transaction from them but upon checking my Card was debited amounting to Php11, 840.04. I emailed their customer service and just waiting for a reply. Imagine, I didn't download the app and do any transaction but my card was debited. I hope this will be resolved.

The money has been taken out of my account, but so far no word for their delivery.
