Wish the whole site

Placed an order in December for about 23 items that came to $188. When I looked at my bank statement, it says I'm charged twice for this order. I contacted wish letting them know the order had been duplicated, and I would like to cancel one of them. They told me neither order could be canceled bc they had already been processed and I must wait for ALL 46 items to arrive. Fast forward to now in April when only a fraction of the things I ordered have arrived. I have been trying to get refunds on a multitude of items that arrived broken, wrong fit, or never showed up at all. Even though I have been emailing them this whole time trying to sort this thing out, they are telling me I get no refund for the items that never arrived bc it's been past 30 days and I can't return anything after 30 days. Wait what?! The items never arrived, so now I'm being told oh well. You payed for crap you that didn't arrive or that was duplicated and I don't want it, but oh well that's not our fault?! This company is the biggest scam ever!

Wish I think I was scammed for the prices of the tops that are really cheap and I want a refund you sell junk

Wish daily login bonus

I've logged in to wish 7 days in a row and made sure to put items in my cart everyday. I am a normal wish customer and I currently have 38 items in my cart. I go on to pay for all of my items after my seven day log in, and all of the stamps are gone and I do not get any type of bonus. This is extremely frustrating as I will only now buy one or two items instead of everything that I wanted.

Wish payment issue

Hello, And wanted to buy some producer from the store. Everything is processed well but after a few days they tell me that you can not proceed. He asks me for an email and a summary of my bank account of a purchase already made with you. But never what has been done is my first time in the application.
How can I proceed or what should I do to be able to buy the products?
The same today I am reimbursed.
Thank you

PS: The card has a balance (paypal also)

Wish android s8 cell phone

I was on the app for geek. Which is a wish.com site on March 22, 2018 and purchased the ad with the cell phone. I screen shot the item description I purchased and it was in English and stated it was a an actual cell phone. Then about a week or so went by and I went back to my app to see the status of my order and I noticed the ad for the item had changed, it was now on Spanish. The whole ad has been changed. I then preceded to contact customer support through the app to question why the ad changed and to verify the item was still a cell phone that was being sent to me. I got a response advising me it is now a cable for the cell phone. I provided the customer support rep with my screenshots and explained how the ad changed since I purchased it. They advised that I need to wait for the item to be delivered and sent them a photo of it. I then requested multiple times to be refunded or send me the item I actually ordered. I have not gotten any resolution to this issue as of yet. This is illegal! I will never order from Wish.com or any affiliated company ever again. I still am owed a refund or the item I actually ordered. I have attached the English ad which is the one ordered and also a image ad in Spanish which is what they changed it too after I purchased.

Wish product women slimming cami

I purchased the product on February 2018 and I canceled it on the same day. Because it was the wrong size.
I reorder it on March 2 2018 I got March 26 2018 it was nothing like it was advertise was I ask to return it and a refund we are now in April 10 2018 and still have not received a refund. They say that I got a refund in February and yes I did but I was charged in March 2 for the second order it's on my bank statement. So I want this done right.

Wish dash cam

I ordered a dash cam supposed to have a 32Gb Sd card it did not and I paid more for it than it was supposed to be I can't get customer service to do anything I want my money back no instructions to return item I believe they are scamming people and should not be able to have an app on Facebook does anyone have a phone number for these people?I have tried to get customer service with no response they send my emails back and tell me to let them know if I'm satisfied. Well no I'm not I'm very upset with them for not trying to resolve the problem.

Wish my whole order

This. Is my third attempt to contact someone about my order its been over two months my order was for over 100.00 dollars and when I checked the status of it it told me refunded this is the second time this has happened the first time my money was put back on my account but this time im getting the run around i want my money it back on my account I have used wish before this order and have received my things with no problems but for some reason im having issues please contact me asap or I will be contacting my attorney

I had bought some things with wish well two days latter it told me that all items were refounded but I still have not gotten my money back it is an order for over 100 dollars how and when will I get my refund this is the second time I had to do this I like wish but don't know what's going on with my orders

Wish 5ab5514a4b94eb2fbed743ae extra large women ultra light duck down jacket

I received a really nice coat but it is the wrong size. I ordered an extra large. I received a very small . When I looked back on line it had shown xs-l was what I ordered. It is from China. Have not been able to contact them as my order is on PC not app. They want a picture and I can't give them one, so the problem couldn't be processed. They apparently don't have an exchange system set up. I wanted an address to return it to, again I can't get an answer. The customer service number is a recording--no help. I have other things coming that do not require size. The coat did come on time so I believe the others will be on time.

Wish never received my order

I think you guys should get a lawyer, that's what i'm doing, this is crazy I never got my shirt they just kept my money.I emailed them again and asked them them if this is some kind of scam never got a response for the shirt.unfortunately when I ordered my shirt I had also ordered other stuff theirs a pair of pants that are to small, so I emailed them and asked them how to return it to get a bigger size, they asked me for a picture I took one and sent it in, after that never heard from them again.

Wish daily login bonus

It says logon 7 days by a certain date to get a 50% off bonus. I collected all my stamps but instead of earning the bonus. It started counting all over again like I earned nothing. No way to contact them for help on the matter either. Not a real benefit :(

If any person can assist in describing how this works, I would really appreciate it and would like to benefit from the 50% off.

I just had a $108 purchase order. Went to my accumulated points and selected redeem points for 15% off of entire order. Warning that once redeemed it can't be undone.

FAQ page isn't functioning. Chose and it was blank.
No notification of 15% off in that section.

Checked out believing that the 15% discount redeemed would be applied and total item, purchase cost would be discounted $16.
But, it did not show up.

I sent message to customer service, as there was no way for me to verify process.

And you all know how the listed price and shipping prices can and do change, after items are already in the shopping cart. Had two items sell out after in my cart and missed out on those purchases.
Translation, cancelling order and waiting for customer service to respond within 48 hours or so results in change of availability and pricing. So, if you really want an item or items, you are caught between a rock and a hard place.

What I want to know is where do I go to check the login bonus'. I've logged in for 12 days strait and still have not gained anything. It said I have to log in for seven days strait before the 17th, but it's acting as if the login bonus does not exist.

I've been doing the daily login bonus thing sense it came out and I can say for sure your odds of getting 50% off are slim, and seem to be getting summer...

I've gotten around 30ish discount codes so far and 2 have been 50% off... and it seems to be getting rarer as I haven't seen that discount pop in months. I did get a 25% of once, but at least 20 out of my 30ish codes have been 5%, and a handful have been 10%. Most of the codes aren't even worth getting.

You can earn UP TO 50% off with the daily login bonus. I always only get 5%, 10%, or 15% if I'm lucky... Sometimes I dont get on wish and see the notification for the bonus right away but when I do get on even if it's a couple of days later, I still have the bonus but it does expire like 30 days or something like that, after the day you receive it if you don't use it... My problem is with the points you earn. You get 100 points for making a purchase and can get 10 for checking the status of an item purchased and 10 for posting a pic of the item after it comes in. I haven't gotten the item to post a pic yet but I've checked the status a dozen times and still no points for it... It's still a good site with some awesome prices but I hate when a place tells you about benefits you can receive and when you do what your supposed to do to receive the benefits you never get them...

It's not a scam, I have redeemed it several times you just have to be diligent. Decide what you would like your discount on first. They only apply it to a single item so make sure the item is worth your time. I usually make sure it's over $50 or more. Then sign in everyday at the same time to collect your stamps. When you log in on the 7th Day you get a code that must be redeemed during payment. This code will only show once so like the other user said, take a screenshot or be ready to write it down before you sign into the app. The daily login bonus is based on 24 hour sign ins not calendar days. So for example if you sign in at 11:54 p.m. on Monday you must sign in after 11:54 p.m. on Tuesday for it to give you another stamp. If you tried at 4 in the afternoon on Tuesday you would not get one. By the same token if you miss that 24-hour window you have to start all over again. So if you signed in at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, you would lose your stamps and start over. Remember this is a Chinese operation that is not subject to the same rules. They do however honor the codes on virtually anything, you just have to be patient and willing to work for it.

That's not 100 % true. On your 7th day, you will get the stamp. When you look under "Rewards" and then "Dashboard" you will see the coupon. You click on the copy button to copy the coupon code. You don't have to use it the same day as you recieve it, it has an expiration date on it which you can see under the Rewards>Dashboard. So in other words, you can come back days later it will remain there until the expiration date listed. Take a screenshot of the whole screen if you feel that it will disappear, but I've used it about 7 times and it never has. Lastly, the code applies to your whole order not just one item. Atleast that was the case for me, as I just got my first 25% off coupon (was excited since it's usually 5%) so I ordered a couple of things to take advantage of this, and the discount worked on my whole order. Hope this helps.

Same thing has happened to me, repeatedly. I even had several days in a row when I didn't get a single stamp. I contacted support, and they're worthless. The whole bonus thing is a sham.

Idk why but you have to immediately claim the discount code or it'll be gone forever. I made the mistake of not claiming the discount, thinking I could come back to it when I'd need it, but it was gone. Screenshot the code as soon as you get it so you can use it later because wish won't save it for you.

It should be in your notifications (where you get all the spam 'now 5% off pool noodles'), but it's not 50% off.
It's UP TO 50% off.
So that means 5% at the most. At least, I got 5% twice already.

It does save the code for you. You have to go under 'Rewards' and it will be under your Dashboard. I always use my login bonuses days later.

Wish refund on product

I had ordered a backpack and I received a phone case that wasn't even for my phone. I returned the package and I still haven't received my refund. This is very upsetting I love to shop on wish and I returned the incorrect item as instructed. I probably will delete the wish app and never shop on there again! This is super frustrating and it's quite irritating that I can't even get my money back for an incorrect item that I didn't even purchase.

Wish delivery of order

I ordered several items on March 30. My bank account has already been debited the $45.75. To date I have yet to receive my order. I ordered books from another company 4 days later, and got them today. Where is my order? I am really upset and would like to have my order! I ordered a Goofy t-shirt; 8 pair of F--k You socks, and a black baseball type hat with devil horns.These are intended as presents. Please, Please look into this.

Wish merchandise not received

Two orders I placed seem to have been returned.

One Order says it has an Insufficient address but I have my COMPLETE address listed with my Home Phone Number on my Profile (this has happened before where my mailing address was incomplete).

And information regarding my second Order says It was Out For Delivery on March 30, 2018, but I NEVER received a Postal Notification of a Delivery Attempt, and today is April 9, 2018!

Wish missing items

I'm missing a bout 7-8 items that have been paid for or they where almost delivered when my account got deleted, and I paid for them, they saying i didn't...my name is Rhonda History, , all items I've ordered come to same address and Dept card...it's going on 3 months now, I finally got one of my missing items that they said i didn't pay for 4/5/18, I had to open the item in the order page to get the confirmation number for them then I refunded right away... only way I knew how to get the numbers...I love wish ...but I just want my items...listed on my page...call the stores they will have records of my name address..etc.. please do right by me...all I ask.. just one of the items on my list.. Thank you very much... sincerely Rhonda History.

I did not receive almost 10 of my items from wish.com and I payed quite a lot . I received three items and some of the items were very bad quality. I want my money back . The due date has passed by three months .

Wish wish refunded customers for the wrong reason

This refund was done by Wish on March 29, 2018.
I am a Merchant and a customer had bought 200 pcs, 100 sets of love birds wedding favors from my store. The customers received the item and said that 7 sets of the 100 sets were damaged. Wish did not say anything to me and fully refunded the customer. They sent me a notice saying that items does not match and that is the reason they had fully refunded the customer.

Customer ordered 200 pcs which is 100 sets with White ribbons, It clearly stated in the description that it is 100 sets for $156.00.

If wish had told me I would have personally sent 7 sets or partial refund the customer. Now the customer has 100 set of my products and a full refund.

I have been explaining this to wish like one hundred time and not one is listening to me. Both Wish and this customer had ripped me off.

Now I am seeking my payment or the return of my products but wish kept on not giving a straight answer. They gave away my products for free and I am at a lost.

They kept on sending me their policies but it doesnt pertain to my situation. My products matched the exact products the customer received. I understand that 7 set were damaged but I could have fixed that but wish didnt gave me the opportunity and now they are ignoring my requests.

Wish I cannot get to pay by visa.

I have about 12 items in my cart. I want to pay by Visa. I am an existing member - Over $200.00 purchase in 2017. I don't use pay pal or an android - I pay by Visa just as before. Wish 0inc smart tv but

I purchased what was listed witch was a 70in smart TV. ...but after a few hours the product was charged to ear bud witch I was told would be refunded I also ordered other items and it says your refund was processed and should appear in to my account . I contacted the card company and nothing appeared but a transaction of a dollar. I receive a message saying that they understand the situation and would take the necessary action to resolve this matter witch never happened please help me

Wish debit my bank account without permission

I have a charge on my bank account that I did not authorize. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank. It is very concerning to me that you do NOT have a 800 phone number that you can contact someone on. You have to go to the app and send an email. Well I don't have an app because I have not used your company.
I need someone way to get ahold of someone so that I can get my MONEY back!

Um. They do have a phone number. Did you even use Google before making a complaint. And when you buy something they generally take money from you.
