I ordered a product from ***, but when the package came, it was from Pure Care and not what I thought it would be. I reached out to both Pure Care and ***, but neither of them could find my order number. I have confirmation emails from *** and the package address from Pure Care. How can I get a refund from one of these companies?

PureCare On July 9, I ordered knee straps from PureCare for $69.00

On July 9, I ordered knee straps from PureCare for $69.00. However, the product has not been delivered to me yet. My order number is JMF95672 and the tracking number is ***. I emailed PureCare at *** to inquire about the delivery status. They responded by informing me that the product has been delivered and provided instructions on how to return it. However, they did not mention the date of delivery, and I have been receiving mail every day. It's puzzling how I can return a product that I haven't even received yet.

PureCare I bought a mattress and used a store credit to buy a mattress protector from Mattress Warehouse

I bought a mattress and used a store credit to buy a mattress protector from Mattress Warehouse. I've been trying for months to fix a problem with the warranty claim for the mattress protector. The company hasn't replaced the damaged mattress caused by their product failure. I made the warranty claim on August 27. It's been seven months now and I still haven't received a replacement mattress or a refund for the mattress I bought.

PureCare I bought a mattress from Bob's Discount Furniture and they said I had to get a mattress cover to protect it

I bought a mattress from Bob's Discount Furniture and they said I had to get a mattress cover to protect it. If anything got on the mattress, they would replace it and the cover. In September, I got really sick and had diarrhea in my bed. When I cleaned it up, I saw that the diarrhea went through the cover and onto the mattress. The cover was messed up too, with the lining all peeled off. I have pictures to prove it. I also have proof that I was sick. I contacted Bob's Discount Furniture through the ComplaintsBoard.com and they said I had to talk to PureCare. They gave me this number: [protected].

PureCare We used PureCare mattress protector on our king-sized mattress for 4 months

We used PureCare mattress protector on our king-sized mattress for 4 months. Their warranty is to protect against stains or clean the stain. There was a stain, 'bout 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. I filed the complaint and was asked for the sales receipt of bed and mattress, mattress protector tag, and 5 pictures of bed and protector from foot of bed taken in my bedroom. I told 'em I'm disabled with broken wrists and would do my best. PureCare replied pictures not good 'nough, try again. No explanation why the pictures weren't accepted. I called the company who required use of this particular mattress protector, they had no suggestions. I want PureCare to clean the stain on my mattress. In a timely manner. I want PureCare to publish the steps needed to claim warranty including pictures to their satisfaction on their product label.

PureCare I bought the PureCare Omniguard Advance Total Encasement Mattress Protector and PureCare Mattress Protection Tencel 5-sided Protector from ***

I bought the PureCare Omniguard Advance Total Encasement Mattress Protector and PureCare Mattress Protection Tencel 5-sided Protector from *** in *** on 12/26/22. They said it wouldn't change the comfort of my mattress and that it's breathable and lightweight. But when *** delivered and installed them, it turned out those claims were false. The protectors completely changed the feel of the mattress. Instead of a soft cotton pillowtop, it felt like rough plastic polyester under our sheets. And they didn't let any air flow through, they trapped air pockets that made weird air currents when we got in and out of bed. We tried to get replacements or a refund from PureCare, but they didn't help us out.

PureCare Transaction happened on 11/02

Transaction happened on 11/02. I tried to use the warranty for my mattress and mattress cover, but they accused me of lying about what happened and said my warranty was voided. I told her on the phone that the multiple stains happened all at once on 11/01, but she filed it as multiple stains from different times over 5 days ago. This employee keeps ignoring what I'm saying and won't try to resolve my issue. I don't appreciate how I'm being treated by this specific employee. When I was on the phone with her, she hung up on me after I answered one of her questions. In the warranty, it seems like nothing is covered. Medical conditions like incontinence aren't covered, and I feel like this is discrimination against people with medical conditions. The cover is supposed to prevent mattress damage, but according to their list, almost everything you can do will void the warranty.

PureCare I bought 2 double knee straps from Pure Care on April 14, 2022

I bought 2 double knee straps from Pure Care on April 14, 2022. The order number was ***. They charged me Cdn. ***. The ad online said I could return them if I wasn't happy (either within 30 or 60 days). I just got them yesterday, May 4, 2022. What I got was two flimsy netting pieces with velcro straps. Strangely, there's no return address for these scammers. I emailed them right away, but they still haven't replied. Yeah, I was dumb, but my knees are so messed up that I wanted to give them a shot. Now, they won't respond and when I searched online, I couldn't find where to send them back. The package has an address, but it's not for returns, only if the package can't be delivered. I want to return them and get my money back. If you need pictures, I'll have to ask someone to take them, so let me know. Please help, this isn't fair. Sincerely

I contacted the warranty company I bought my bed protector from because there are stains on my bed that shouldn't be there. According to the warranty, I should call within 5 days, which I did. They didn't ask me when it happened or the date, but they did ask how often I wash it. I told them I wash it every month. They also asked what caused the stains, and I said I wasn't sure, probably bodily fluids, which is embarrassing to admit. Then, they asked if I tried to remove the stains myself. I didn't, that's why I called them. I expected them to take care of it because that's what I paid for. I provided all the necessary information and pictures, but they emailed me back saying it's not covered. However, they will send me a new bed protector. This is the second time I've had to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com about something I bought at Bob's Discount Furniture. When they sell you the warranty, they completely lie to you and say it covers everything, but in reality, it doesn't cover anything at all. To be honest, they always find a reason to deny coverage, which is absurd. I don't think they should be allowed to sell a warranty that you can never use. It's just a waste of money for no reason, and it's very unfair to paying customers. I spent $1,100.00 on the bed and $79.00 on the protector! Now, since they won't clean the stains or replace the mattress, it will void my warranty on the mattress, which is why I bought the protector in the first place. But they will just lie and scam you in any way they can!

PureCare I got this mattress protector from PureCare with a "LIFETIME WARRANTY" on 12/7

I got this mattress protector from PureCare with a "LIFETIME WARRANTY" on 12/7. It was a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it because of the warranty. The warranty promised a replacement protector and mattress cleaning if the protector failed. For almost six years, the protector did its job well, and I made sure to wash it every 30 days as required by the warranty.

Unfortunately, between October 14 and November 14, the protector failed to protect the mattress. So, on November 15, I filed a claim under the LIFETIME WARRANTY. I asked for a new protector and cleaning for the mattress. I provided them with the original invoice and 11 photos showing the damage.

PureCare did replace the mattress protector, but they refused to honor the warranty for the professional cleaning of the mattress. They actually "VOIDED" the warranty and had the nerve to suggest that I hire a professional cleaning company to clean the mattress myself! Their reason for denying the claim was that "unknown stains are not covered under the PureCare mattress protector limited lifetime warranty." But the only thing unknown is the source of the stain, whether it was my sweat or my wife's. The stains are clearly from sweat and have caused discoloration in different parts of the mattress.

According to the warranty, sweat stains are only excluded if the owner doesn't wash the protector monthly, which I have been doing. This feels like fraud, and it's illegal for PureCare to just "VOID" a LIFETIME WARRANTY like this.
