Winn-Dixie cashier additude

Shopped at my local Winn Dixie Mar. 12 2021 . Picked up a few items for the weekend . I spend over $1000 a month in this store #0355 boca raton florida. Went to check out there was a line, took the dividers placed between orders. after the end of my purchase I noticed the cashier rang up some items from the person behind me. Ok she made a mistake. She started to yell at me and the person behind me for not deviding the orders. Ines the cashier became very angry and condensending called the head cashier to cancel my order then told me to go back in line behind the person behind me . I already paided for the first order and when she rang me up again I asked if my first transaction was voided. She said is very ovious I dont have to explain it to you. Thats when I spoke to the manager about her additude. Either this person had a bad day or needs some customer relation training or let her go. Very bad image for Winn Dixie

Winn-Dixie Non-compliance with wearing masks

Employees of Winn Dixie in Meridian, MS are not wearing masks during their work hours. This is in violation of Winn Dixie store policy.

Additionally, it is in violation of a City Ordinance.

Furthermore, it is in violation of State Statute signed into law by the Governor.

This issue has been brought to the attention of the store manager, but unfortunately, it did not get resolved.

Subsequently, since the store manager did not rectify the matter, the issue was escalated to the district manager, but unfortunately, it did not get resolved.

Subsequently, since the district manager did not rectify the matter, the issue was escalated to the regional manager, but unfortunately, it did not get resolved.

Hence, please escalate this important issue to the CEO of WInn Dixie.

Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

I brought my son's prescription to the Wine Dixie Pharmacy in Englewood, Florida on Monday, December 7, 2020. I told them I would be back to pick it up in a few days. I went back to pick it up on December 12, 2020. It was still not ready or in stock. The pharmacist working told me everyone had quit and that it was a mess at this store. She said she hoped it would be ordered and arrive on Monday. She said I would receive a text message when it was ready. At this point, Thursday, December 17, I have not heard anything. I've have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. It is very disappointing. If the pharmacy cannot be run properly maybe it should close. Please contact me.

Winn-Dixie Pharmacy service

11/20/2020
Waited in line 10 minutes behind 2 people to pick up prescription that was ready, no problem with that. Was given a pen and paper and told to write down the information on my coupon, no problem with that although never had to do that before. Handed the paper back and was told to come back in 20 minutes where I would have to stand in line again because they were busy. I told them I had to leave because someone had driven me there and was waiting but they immediately had started talking with someone else and acted like they didn't hear me. I still don't have my prescription and not have found another ride back yet.

Also I was told that even though the prescription was ready I should have called ahead. I told them that I did, let it ring for a long time but no one answered. This may have been what irritated them since it's when they told me they were busy and to come back later.

Winn-Dixie No complain on products but the manners of the employees

Whoever in charge buzzing a customer minding her own business and wasn't giving a stay away order not to shop at any Winn Dixie stores, I have been shopping at Winn Dixie stores since over 40 years, and I won't be shopping to any of Winn Dixie stores. The coward never show up or have I removed from shopping there, that's very rudeness and disrespectful to get a person money and then buzzing them. Now, I learned now shop at any of rudeness stores.

Winn-Dixie frozen s.e. grocers* (winn dixie) chicken breasts,40oz.pk. always*-buy one get one!

Oct. 20.2020, bought 5 buy one/get one-10 bags of chicken breasts, cooked 2 bags and found all stringy*slimmy*, after* cooked, and grissle*strings*through out to point of spitting out! Hard* also as having to use a steak* knife*to try*and cut because of grissle*! Discolored*white*meat chicken breasts (purplish* color after cooked!) is this even chicken? Even a chemical*old also — taste of sort! Supposed to be skinless*and boneless breasts — no*skin still on*some pieces! — called customer service immediately! We had also purchased back in august* 4 bags - and had same*issue and customer service refunded 30.00$ but we thought*issues taken care of and tried it again with same*issues! They will not* accept return*and this time said throw*it out! No returns! (virus* issue — an excuse*-)-no*refund which is $75.00*lost! Winn-Dixie Worker Jasmine

So as I was walking out of the store with my two year old son, there were 3 Winn Dixie employees there pushing carts one made the comment saying to Jasmine an employee there and said "grab that cart" and she said "no she touched it I only grab one cart at a time" so at that point I turned and said why are you so rude and from there it escalated to her yelling at me across the parking lot the two boys laughing about the whole argument. Jasmine is always rude not only to me but to other customers. I go to this Winn Dixie ALL the time as I live directly across the street from it so I always see her and how she acts. She's rude and when I called the store to complain I spoke to Taylor a manager and she didn't care at all didn't even apologize about it so here we are me filing a complaint about her online hoping it gets some where. The fact she was yelling at me and being rude in front of my son is a bit much and embarrassing.

I went to the Winn Dixie in Crystal River FL and went up to the customer service desk to ask about the plenti card app I was trying to down load and having trouble getting the code to take after getting it from a text the young man told he could not help I ask if there was any way to check to see if I had enroll the answer was no I ask how to get a card was told there is no card the cashier would do it I ask him if he could help with that no was his reply . So not sure why customer service was so unhelpful. I have download publix ect app but this one was confusing and ask for rules he said there was none it should not be this hard.I have decided Winn Win was not for me. Thank you

Winn-Dixie Gift card customer service

I received a gift card for 50.00 as a refund from my current landlord. I have the card and receipt. When I went to use it at the winn dixie store #1411 in metairie la it would not work. The cashier was nice but I ended up using my debit card as the line was long and busy. Customer service had a long waiting line. I left. I returned today with same card receipts went directly to customer service and
Was told go to cashier! I said it doesn't work! Same response. I got some items in store and the card once again didn't work! The cashier was nice and called the same cs person over who had me carry my bags to the cs desk! She then got on phone for 15 minutes without saying a word talking to no one! She got another person to scan the card and she said it only had 17.00 remaining! I said no! I never used it! Look at the receipts! They would not! She left and other person said so your paying with debit card! I said no! And I left groceries at counter! I was angry and treated like I was causing trouble and they could care less! They did nothing to fix the situation! I called service customer and the store numerous times today with no help and put on hold so long I hung up! I tried to contact thru wd website and it just happens not to be working? Yeah right! I have the card and receipts but I refuse to go back or shop at wd again. I will continue to try and contact them but it seems they know they have complaints and will not accept them!

Winn-Dixie Coupon

Just walked into Winn-Dixie talk to two employees about coupon ahead and they said it was good to show it registered went and purchased $100 worth of items in my buggy and get up to the register and told me the coupon was only for online purchase and the two employees told me different coming in Ricky the manager came over and I thought was going to make it good but he put all the stuff back for me bad customer service I've been going to this Winn-Dixie since it opened and they just lost a long time customer over $10 this place needs to Retrain that manager in customer service to rude, No problem though Publix is across the street they are much nicer

Winn-Dixie Multiple different spoiled packages of meat sold,expired food

I went shopping today winn dixie, fort fierce florida midway road... I left the store disgusted. There was multiple rotten raw meat selections, the chicken was in a case sold as fresh obviously defrosted... There are different foods on the shelf that were expired. Jar of ethnic carmel sauce still on shelf expired 4/2019. Please check this store for especially for the safety of our elderly who may not notice these products being expired. I did not have my phone or I would have taken pictures.

Winn-Dixie Seafood department

Everytime I purchase seafood in a bag, I had to tell the person touching veggies the bag to wash hands first, last week waited for gentleman to do so and he did not I reported to manager and left the store, and he only put on one glove. This has happened several tmes in 2yrs, it has been reported to main office and nothing done about it. I dont understand why certain people get paid well and don't do there job well. I say hire a black women in seafood respect her, pay her well and this problem will go away. Winn Dixie will never be as clean are nice as publix. I will pay more for clean?. the next time I will record these action as I have before, and will reveal this footage in do time. This incident has happened at all 3 stores.

Winn-Dixie Rebate via PayPal NOT received after verified purchase

Purchased Miller High Life 24 pack on 3/13/20. $4 PayPal rebate clearly checkd off in Digital Coupons and clearly purchased on receipt. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that rely on a partnership with COUPONS.COM would be a misleading promotion and not a valid coupon. I am contacting the Florida Dept of Consumer Affairs/Fraud Division with reagrd to this matter, as this is the second time a rebate has not been honored.

Winn-Dixie Management

Store #138, Mike Finnick and Rana (Marie) Balcom. These two are mainly in charge of this Winn Dixie, they have no care towards their employees. Hours are inconsistent, pay is not equivalent towards everyone, and employees are not listened to. Not a good work environment, and everyone feels the same way. All other management is well done by the other managers.

Winn-Dixie Stock Manager

I was picking up my teenage son from work on Monday February 24th. I witnessed manager Joey being aggressive with my son and started cursing at him. I have been a customer at Winn Dixie for more than 20 years and I know they value not only their customers but their employees also. This attitude that Joey displayed was not showing leadership nor professionalism. My son quit, I tried to talk to him in the parking lot my son told me he will not be disrespected like that and I strongly support him. Just because he is a teen does not mean Joey a person with authority could look down upon nor criticize him. He had no right to curse at anyone. I'm not sure of this complaint will be addressed, I hope that it will because Joey represents Winn Dixie and if he did this to my son, I could imagine how many others he is doing it to.

I appreciate your time in thia matter, and I look forward to hearing back from someone.

Winn-Dixie Carts for disabled customers

On Feb 3, 2020 as I entered store at 7:17am there was only one riding cart in the store as they usually keep 3. The cart that was there was in desperate need of repair, but was usable. I was told that the other two carts were out for repair. On Feb 24, 2020 as I entered sore at 7:32am there were no carts available. When I asked the manager about the carts, I was told that the carts were out for service. It seems odd that instead of getting carts to replace the ones that are being repaired, they have to wait until those particular carts are repaired and returned. The only way that I can shop is with the use of those carts.

Winn-Dixie cashiers

I went to your location at Fresco y Más on 72nd St. and 1 52nd Ave. in Miami Florida I have never been so upset by cashiers in my life the fact that they're pure laziness and rudeness I will never go back to that store again. There was two girls at the register this was on January 31, 2020 at 7:00 PM one was training the other, they were both rude did not help me with anything. they spilled my gallon of milk and made me go get another one! did not help me What so ever I had to pick up my 32 pound of Double charcoal bag made me do it load it out and into my cart because they had no scanner no concern at all as I broke my nail I should have filed a incident report! not just a lack of customer service totally felt disrespected

I was treated so horrible and was told to leave the store an not come back when I asked the man for what he said you know for what finally he said for stealing. I said sir you have definitely got wrong person I said if that was true then show me on camera or call law because you are very much wrong he said I don't have show you nothing. All this because I looked a curtain way I getting a lawyer and sueing I have never felt so bad in my life.

Winn-Dixie refrigerated products including liquid eggs not stored proper temperature

A large refrigerated cooler for eggs, butter, and dough products in paper sleeves (e.g. biscuits, crescent rolls, etc.) was so warm that the dough products started to burst open. The cartons of Egg Beaters were warmer (e.g. not cold) than the store itself, which was chilly. I and another women informed store employees but the response was lack luster at best. The manager came out and was inspecting the cooler but did not immediately setup barriers or post signs informing people not to buy the products. Apparently, there was no temperature monitoring system in place to alert store employees that the cooler was not working properly or it was out of order; regardless, these improperly stored refrigerated items, especially the egg and dough products, are a prime source for food poisoning. The quality of management and overall customer service at the Big Pine Winn-Dixie needs to substantially improve in short order; if I cannot be reasonably confident that the food I buy is safe to eat, I will no longer be a customer.

Winn-Dixie Produce & service

I was so excited that after a year being closed to rebuild the WD store from Hurricane Michael. Our town was excited. The produce has already gone downhill. There was mold on zucchini, cucumbers were soft. The store is lacking help. I do not shop after 5 like some people. I go during the day. I had to bag my own groceries...which I really don't mind but that is still bad customer service. I hope this store doesn't go downhill again.

Winn-Dixie customer service

I went to the Winn Dixie Store at Argyle that I have been going to for years. While trying to figure out the after Christmas Sale table prices, I asked an employee for help and she scanned two items for me. It seemed like a big inconvenience to her with the facial expression and response she gave me. Another customer and I wanted to check another item and I went to the self check out and scanned the item rather than to talk to the employee again not wanting to have to get treated like I am interrupting her. I turned around and the store clerk was staring at me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Another clerk states loudly infront of other customers, "Now somebody has to cancel that register out." The other clerk yells at someone to cancel the register and tells me, "I could've scanned it here." I apologized and the two clerks ignored me and just shook their head. It was very upsetting and embarrassing to say the least to be a customer there. I am not sure if there are customer service training being conducted to employees to know how to handle situations such as this, but I definitely think this is poor customer service.
