Winn-Dixie Not receiving special offers and bonus points as advertised week after week

I am a retired person I thoroughly go thru ad selecting bogo and coupon items Bogo offers go as advertised no complaints there Im complaining because ive not gotten my coupon deals for several weeks any company can have a bad day but this has been atleast 6 weeks of not receiving advertised coupon deals. (7/14/23)Today I never got $3.00 off Gain Fabric Softener and never got $5.00 in points for buying coffee and a few other offers of a few more dollars. Overjuly 4 holiday they never had the water they a 5 dollar point bonus for was told not in warehouse) The coupons I clipped and activated in my winn dixie app and coffee i got $1.00 off for coupon but not the 5 bucks in free points Maybe 10 or 12 bucks a week to lose not getting your points does not sound like much but week after week when you take the time to find the products clip coupons online and dont get it in store its very aggravating i asked cust service and just get i dont know>>> ive lost over 50 bucks thinking it was a glitch but it seems permanent issue theyve had computer issues before bar code for todays purchases 44230714233500500429675004800000

Desired outcome: I want the deals and coupon and bonus points as they are advertised i did not want to hol up line and complain to get my deals but to recoup the 50 atleast i lost id like back

Winn-Dixie Workers rights

They Lie to you, Tony misleads and lies to other managers about your raise, they cut your hours after promising set days for set day jobs, they never trained me to unload the truck and instead had someone else pull palates every morning so I could start doing my stocking (taking away time from someone else) i got “promoted” from being a bagger to Being Grocery assistant, Tony said “how much do you make an hour” me:” 11.00$” (minimum wage) tony: “well fix that for you” *changes my pay to 11.50$” 😂 couldn’t even give me a dollar, cut my 3 days hour hours a day to 2 days 4 hours a day, everyone is leaving Winn Dixie.

Desired outcome: Socialize the workplace, it’s disgusting the way it is, they bought 4 self checkout machines and still cut workers hours and pay

Winn-Dixie Worried

Hello,

I have a complaint about a employee. She has been drinking on the job and has been taking xanax which she does not have a prescription for.

She seems off and a bit erratic. I have experience with her first hand and I am worried that she might be messing things up because of her drinking. She is the assistant manager and should be setting a better example.

I am just worried about her well being and I hope she can get it together. Her name is Tamitha Ronan.

Winn-Dixie Poor management in the customer's service department

I entered the winn dixie store in Starke,Fl on 6/30/2023 to the customer's service department and I literally stood up in line for 19 minutes waiting to be helped while the customers service cashier messed up on the customer's lottery tickets & she had the line held up while going through the customer's lottery tickets so that she can redo them all , so I then saw the customer service manager name tommy walking right by the customer's service counter and I approached him although he was very much aware as to what was going on but he didn't seem concerned about it, so I asked him if he could get one more employee to help and assist me in the customer's service department to check me out and he rudely and boldly said no that there's only one customer service employee to run the service department and she's standing right there and that's the way it has always been in this store, those were his exact words, he's very nasty and arrogant and rude and extremely unprofessional he then walked off and he didn't address the situation or help himself as far as to running one of the registers, so I walked out of the store and left, but I will say this it should always be more then just one employee working in the customer's service department to ensure that customers are assisted in a timely and professional manner.

Winn-Dixie Mobile app not working

I have attempted to use the mobile app to redeem my 16X bonus points rewards on three different occasions. It did not work. In checking my receipt at home it did not award my points. Each time in checking my mobile app it showed 16X rewards was active. The three times I attempted to redeem the rewards my total averaged around $60. It may not seem like a big deal but if Winn Dixie is going to offer a mobile app it should work. Every time an "update" occurs then the app does not work properly for an extended period of time.

Desired outcome: If you are going to offer the app make sure it works properly.

Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, I get a scheduled prescription monthly and they always have an excuse to deny filling it on time. Last month they told me I didn't have a valid narcan prescription. I asked if I could pay for one OTC they told me no I had to have a prescription. I went to walgreens bought one ($46) came back to show them I had a valid narcan prescription then they told me they could have sold me that and filled my scheduled prescription. Today went to the doctor and he changed and increased the dosage and they said I have to wait 8 day before thay can fill it. They tell me it's at the pharmacists discretion.

Desired outcome: I want theses games to stop. I'm a 60 year man not a twenty something kid wanting to get high. An apology would be nice and I feel is in order. The pharmacy I use is dictated by my insurance

Winn-Dixie Service

I entered Winn Dixie on 6/13/2023 with my 3 daughters and husband. I did my shopping and proceeded to register to check out. "Lauryn" was the cashier, she's very sweet. My complaint isn't on her. As i was making the payment, my husband started to roll the basket out. Anywho the chick that was monitoring the self check line (long pink or purple braids in her head) came to Lauryn's register and looked at her screen real close and walked off. Not explaining to Lauryn why she was looking at her screen. Lauryn looked confused just like i looked confused. I asked Lauryn "What was that about ?" she said "I have the slightest idea." My oldest daughter asked me "What she thought you was stealing ?" I was so mad, i didn't even answer my daughter. That's such an insult to my family and Lauryn. Embarrassment. I work from home making $25 an hour. My family and I, dont have to steal. I shopped here for years and would not be returning to this store. Not that y'all care. Never had a problem until today. My receipt says 2:44pm so it happened around 2:42pm

Winn-Dixie Prices

Don’t know what has happened to Winn Dixie’s pricing, but it’s gotten ridiculous. It’s always been high since SE Grocers took over, but now it’s out of sight. Guess they’re trying to pay for the remodeling and liquor store. Acreage items are as much as 30% more than other sources. Cannot afford to shop there anymore. Actually cheaper to drive to Palatka and shop Publix or St Augustine and shop Aldi’s. This is a retirement area and most are on Medicare, disability or at least a fixed income.

Winn-Dixie Winndixie cashier

I faithfully shop at our Winndixie in Semmes, Alabama at 9082 Moffett Rd. I have never had an employee who acts like she does not want to be at work and who was so rude to me. I understand from other customers who I know that also shop there the she is always this impolite and just straight out mean with people. I know it has been brought to the manager's attention and yet she's still there and making customers feel like they are beneath her! I also know there was a customer who almost hit her for her meanness (I'm trying to be as polite as possible.) I honestly hope that as a huge company that this is not how you allow your employees to behave with customers! The cashiers name is Catherine.

I have considered no longer shopping there if this is how the store is going to be run the way it is as of right now, along with other customers who are waiting for the new Publix to open here in Semmes, but I would like to stay true to our Winndixie as I have been shopping there since the day the store opened! I hope you may be able to address these issues and make some definite changes at this store and maybe have them take a class on how to speak with others. I greatly appreciate your time and for listening to not only me but other customers as well. With Regards, Connie Stearman.

Desired outcome: I feel something should be done with her, as her being impolite with everyone looks bad on others and I believe it makes the other employees uncomfortable in their work environment!! I would greatly appreciate a response.

Winn-Dixie Door Dash home delivery from Crescent City, Fl. store POOR

ANY time I order from the Crescent City, Fl. store for delivery by DOORDASH A80-90% of the time you DO NOT get the bogo.. This Usually applies to reduced price multiple offers also. I am talking EVERY DELIVERY. Uniltl lately I called the door dash complaint [protected] # but it takes VERRRYYY long to get to Winn Dixie rep for credit.

Thinking about it I am NOT using this service again, it's too time consuming , not worth the convience if it doesn't work. Todays delivery ord. #[protected] did not deliver Bogo on 5lb. russett potato bag a loss of about $6.00

Winn-Dixie Cashier would not give me my receipt on June 3, 3:10pm

While I was paying for my 2nd order, a cashier walked past the register, snatched my receipt out of the printer, took it to the customer service counter, and put it in the trash can. I call to her to bring it back. She stood there looking at me not saying a word. After I paid for my 2nd order I went to customer service and told her I needed the receipt she took out the printer. She told another cashier to get it out of the trash can. She could find. She did not know what she was looking for. There were 4 cashiers standing at the counter doing nothing. I said I would take a copy. None of them knew how to print out a copy. One cashier asked me if I knew how to use the internet, She told me I could go online and get a copy. Then I was angry. I told her she was not smart. The one who snatched the receipt out of the printer appeared to be intimidating to the others. She should have called the manager. Each of those receipts had a record of $100 cash withdrawal which I will use at the end of June to reconcile by bank statement.

Desired outcome: Tell what action you are going to take. This is not the first time I have gotten poor customer service there.

Winn-Dixie My rewards points

HI, my name is Mary and I'm a Winn Dixie rewards memeber. I would like to file a complaint on Winn Dixie reward department due to the upgrade you all did which took away my rewards point and they was given to some old male who live in Temple Terrace Fl. I live in Pensacola Fl. and have never been to this part of Fl but on the 27th day of May 2023 at 7:34 P.M. my rewards points was used by this old male there at your Liquor which I don't even drink. I'm very upset about what happen to me and Winn Dixie rewards department is the blame for it. How can you put my rewards points under someone else name and beside of that I'm a female and that was a male name. I'm seeken legal because Winn Dixie has cause a breach of information on me. This is a major HIPAA violation and it need to be address. This has cause so much stress on me by going to Winn Dixie to shop and get to the register to check out and all my rewards points are gone. I reached out to Winn Dixie customer numerous time and I was inform to change my phone number, why should I have to do all of this because Winn Dixie staff messed up my account and gave it to someone else.

Desired outcome: I would like to have all my points back plus pain and suffing i had to endure doing this time of mix up because of the rewards department didn't do their job.

Winn-Dixie Service

I have been asking the manager and also have asked Winn-Dixie via email about stocking Tillamook Chocolate Ice Cream, the Mgr simply says they don't carry it, well I know that or I wouldn't ask for it! I have received no response from Winn-Dixie at all. Please let me know if this store is going to start carrying this item or not. The only way I can get it now is next door at Publix.

Winn-Dixie Service

Your whole lot in the pharmacy are rude, unprofessional and have no empathy for customers. I call 2-3 days in advance for my medicine which consist of vimpat for seizures, gabapention for erosion in hands and norco 10-325 for my back arms neck and ect.

I was to pu my vimpat a refil, I called it in and they told me it would be ready at 6, roho call. I tried to then call pharmacy to get my norco which I was to pu on 5/24/23. No one answered period in daytime when they were to be there. Called again no answer. Then on the 24 someone answered could not find me in the system. We have been with you for years. Told me not to believe robo refil it messes up and that I could call back after 7 pm. They had one pharmacist on duty and that they might be able to tell me something then.

I am 79 do not drive need my seizure medicine for sure. No one cares.

My. Grandson finally took off work to physically go up there and find out what was happening. They found my vimpat but said they did not have but a partial of my norco that I would loose the rest they would not transfer my prescription. Call the doctor and have then rewrite and send to another Winn Dixie. They do not care. Actually not trained at all. Kind of embarrassed for them. This caused us a lot of time, energy, getting upset, my husband had heart surgery which did not help on him he cannot drive but oh…I forgot no one cares.

There were 12 people in line when my grandson went into store and he said all of them had been put aside waiting for results. Mad mad, mad. Just fyi

People who are sick realize that everyone is short of help, but if you are going to run a pharmacy that is dangerous to not have people to take on the amount of business you get. Our lives are in their hands. I check my medicine very closely I hope everyone else does too.

Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

I am a 15 year customer of Winn Dixie in DeFuniak Springs, FL. We spend about $200 per week for groceries. I switched my prescriptions to this store when I retired for convenience & the fact they accept GoodRX.

Pharmacy service has declined horribly. I’ve been told it had an old system, then it was the phones, etc. I know it is difficult to hire good employees in this area so I try to be understanding, but pharmacy’s service is deplorable. Had a conversation with the pharmacy manager several months ago and he said they were doing the best they could. Most recently, I submitted my RX refill orders thru the app on Monday. On Friday, I stopped to pick them up but waited over an hour and they still weren’t ready. I finally told the pharmacy manager to forget it, I will go elsewhere. He started the same story about how hard his employees work and that he was working without pay that day..

Such service is unacceptable. I am just one customer but there must be many other dissatisfied customers as well. If the pharmacy business for this location declines, this should help explain it.

Winn-Dixie Pumpkin pie

This is more of a question than a complaint. The pumpkin pie has a strong taste of dish soap. It’s probably made somewhere else and shipped to the store. I know in years past Winn-Dixie has been caught bleaching expired meat and repackaging it. But maybe now they’re adding dish soap to pumpkin pie filling? Because it really really taste like there’s soap in it. Are other people tasting this too? And is it going to hurt my body to ingest it?

More specifically, it has a floral lavender taste. So maybe it’s laundry soap instead of dish soap.

Winn-Dixie Managers inappropriate treatment

While shopping in the Tampa Road, palm harbor Florida store I witnessedoverheard the male manager tell some young man, who works there he was stupid and slow. This store also has a blonde female manager who also consistently talks down to the staff there. As a service industry employee myself. This behavior by your management team at the Tampa Road store in palm Harbor is sickening.

This explains why there is always a hiring sign at the door no one should be treated the way those young men were treated or spoke too while I was shopping

Desired outcome: management needs to understand these younger men are working and filling shelves and them being rude to them in front of or near customers make me want to drive further to shop at a different store

Winn-Dixie Rewards

My husband and I share 1 account together. The account is under his name with MY email and phone number. Their rewards on the app has been down the past three times I have shopped. We have been able to use the coupons, but none of the rewards. We spend hundreds weekly at our local Winn Dixie. However, after their unwillingness to help me because I am the spouse, no more, will I shop at Winn Dixie. Publix is right across the street. I have always used this Winn Dixie for almost 30 years because I am loyal. Their loyalty, not so much.

Publix will definitely have my loyalty from here on out. Your loss of 100's of dollars. The store is great, but this is happening because of customer services unwillingness to help in this matter. What is sad is this is an unincorporated area with 2 grocery stores, located in Middle, FL. Areal shame because of the lack of customer service area (not the store)

atencion"" departamento regional de la florida, el store de uds location 1199 nw 11 st jackson hospital area; el departamento de cafeteria esta abusando un poco con la comida para llevar, subiendo la libra de dicha comida caliente muy seguido; una pechuga asada costaba hasta el dia 5 de marzo, 2,19 de dollar; hoy 7 der marzo subieron la libra a 8,99, por lo cual la miama pechuga cobrarton 5,99 de dollar, lo ke indica un aumento de 4 doolares, cosa que no es aceptable para ningun cliente permanente de dicho store, tambien la misma comida con 3 item para llevar, tiene un valos de 9,99 desde hace casi 3 meses,y asi sucesivamente viene pasando dicho problema de la comida caliente, por favor al senor mamanger regional del condado miami dade, tener mas supervision a lo ke esta sucediendo con referencia al control de los precios en dicha locacion (store); repito location 11 at 12 ave nw miami jackson area, thanks

Winn-Dixie Systemic and unfair employee transfers and termination

I am an extremely frequent and loyal shopper at your Destrehan, La location and was very saddened to learn yet another good employee has been terminated. Her name is Gina. What was so extreme that she was terminated, but other employees with several infractions remain. For instance Nicole. What ever happened to warning like Nicole got but was never terminated. You all transferred Ms. Nelly, who was one awesome and friendly manager that interacted with her customers which we as customers appreciate. It seems as though you are pushing folks out to put others of choice in. There should be the same consequences for everyone
