Winn-Dixie - Winn dixie app is an invitation to theft

All my points were stolen by a Customer Service Rep who has access to every customers records and point totals. They log in to your account to discover how many points you have, write down your phone number, go to the grocery store to shop, enter your phone number into the pad, and all your points are used to buy them food. This is the 2nd time this happened to m and Winn Dixie refuses to refund my points.

If Winn Dixie designed the app to where you can't use a phone number for checkout there wouldn't be a problem. Other grocers tell their customers you HAVE to use the card (or the app in this case) to get points and savings. But not Winn Dixie! The know the problem of stealing rewards points is pervasive but they refuse to do anything about it.

Just shop at their competitors who offer you daily savings without have to use a gateway for robbery.

Desired outcome: Return my stolen rewards points! $240+ worth! Eliminate the option to use a phone number tied to your rewards account for checkout.
