Infrastructure team has damaged every utility in our neighborhood at least once while performing underground boring. This team has relied on 4-5 week old utility GPR markings which are basically non-existent because of rain and yard maintenance. Just on my street they have it underground electrical, gas, water, irrigation, cable and fiber. There is non adult supervision as these crew are doing what every they want to do.
