Windstream Communications review: My internet account shut off

I am a member of the Republican party since 2006. Recently out of the blue my kinetic internet was disconnected, I had to have a technician from Kinetic come to my home and researched the problem and found that my account was "accidentally" closed. My first call tuesday the 6th of may I talked to a technician (India?). He researched the problem and asked if I had paid my bill. I am on autopay at my bank and have never ever missed a payment. Then he scheduled the technician to my home wednesday who told me it was "accidently shut off. I am very active in the Republican party and think the shutoff was possibly deliberate. I am wishing to have info on where this shutoff was made either local or out of my area. I would like to get an apology and assurance I need to not worry this might reoccur.
