Was out of town visiting, craving White Castle. Went to New Circle and Bryan Station Rd. location Lexington, Ky. only to find the lobby closed. Proceeded to the drive thru,where we sat for 30 minutes and never moved forward. We ended up going to another burger joint. Really love White Castle, but this was ridiculous. This was September 10, 2022 around 3:30 pm.

Desired outcome: Corporate may need to assess this situation.
