White Castle review: Service

My husband visited the White Castle in New Baltimore, MI. 48051 on 9/11/21. We waited in line for 20 minutes. The didn't have the chocolate milkshake ready, after 30 minutes? We ate our food and still no shake. I then went into the lobby to inquire about the shake. NO ONE acknowledged my presence. I had to ask again for help.
