White Castle review: service

Hi I went to White Castle in Cincinnati Ohio 45203. On West 8th Street. When I went in there were people waiting on food. It took a few before they could take my order. Then it took forever to get my meal. I ordered a number one. I wanted a fountain drink. They said they were out of fountain drinks. I had to take an orange juice. They only had 3 packs of ketchup where they normally have them sitting. It was sticky where the ketchup would be. It was sticky all over the counter where the straws are. It was sticky all over the floor. There was sticky stuff on the counter where you order and receive the food. The machines weren't working right. Not to mention the one woman left the money drawer lying out. It was just disgusting in there.
