White Castle review: My order

Whenever we want White Castle we make are way to the one in Detroit at this specific location because the Food is Always Served Fresh and Hot, well Today, Wednesday January 26th, 2022, @, 3:27 pm and ordered a #1 with everything and an order of cheese sticks, my husband usually orders but he ate before hand, so when I got my order they messed it up, they didn't put the cheese sticks on there and the fries were cold and they gave me an extra small coke, so I asked them can they refresh my order because it's was wrong and cold and you guys Always serve Hot Fresh Food, so they corrected the order, then they took the order back and gave me back a Large Coke. Warm fries and cheese sticks and the first to cheeseburgers were warm but the bottom 2 were cold like that came out the refrigerator, I was so upset, I will Not go from Harper Woods to Detroit again to get White Castle! Such a horrible experience and they were Not Friendly about it either! Mrs. White [protected].
