White Castle review: Incorrect order / over charged

I ordered a #9 with cheese and no pickles for all 20 sliders with onion only on 10 sliders with 2 fries and 2 chicken rings and 2 medium drinks. I received 10 correct sliders and 10 sliders made wrong with no cheese and extra onions and the 2 fries that were hard/burnt and 2 onion rings. I was charged $37.54 and the meal was only supposed to be $23.00, I was charged for extra fries and 2 extra chicken rings. When I asked about it they said it was right. It was a horrible experience and no help or understanding from the staff or manger at all.
