White Castle review: Harassment, verbal abuse

Due to being a ex employee for White Castle, I been treated with disrespect. On 11/11/2021 I had went to my old job to receive 2 free veterans meals. When I got home the food was very cold and cold. My order wasn't right I requested all my burgers to be JALAPEÑO and I receive 2 with American cheese. Also, my daughter had found a piece of hair on one of the burgers and we just threw the burgers away completely. I end up calling up there and explaining to the General manager (Sherry) about mg order. She did insist that she's going to replace my food the following day. So I came back on 11/12/21 around 5:15-5:30pm. I pulled up to the drive through and let the person know who was taken my order about the replacement orders. The order taker (Laci) was start laughing and I just felt triggered from that. As I approach the drive thru window, Sherry was on confused on what me and her discuss and also a young lady yelled out the window and said "YOU AINT HAVE NO HAIR IN YOUR FOOD" so I as I collected my bag. Laci stated "don't snatch".. I said "is their a problem, since I don't work here" & that's when Laci had threaten me and my child stating"on everybody in my car, she will smack me". When at this time Sherry didn't do anything. She didn't stop her former employee from threatening me nor attacking me. She never apologize for this inconvenience. I just feel like White Castle is a very ghetto, unprofessional, violent place to get food from. I might have to take legal action because of this matter.
