White Castle review: Food under cooked

I live in Bayonne but my child goes to School in Jersey City. I dropped off my son at his training and he said mom can you get me some White Castle. I stopped by White Castle and ordered 5 Sliders egg and cheese only. I received my order that totaled 18 dollars and change. I went home to give my other children the food and they complained that their food wasn't cooked. I looked at their food and agreed. The egg yolk was running all over not cooked. I called the manager and told him the situation. He told me his name is Brian and I can come back to get fully cooked eggs. I returned back in the afternoon with my friend who wanted me to drop him off at an interview. I went to White Castle first. Brian cooked my food and two out of Five were under cooked. I asked Brian if he could re do the two he became very upset and yelled saying he is not and proceeded to give me my money back. I said I don't want my money back but the food for my children to eat. He again refused and I became very angry and yelled at him saying I talked with you over the phone you were very polite. But now your an [censored] refusing to cook my eggs that I paid for properly. I called him back and told him I need who is above him because I am filling an complaint. He told me to look on my receipt and his name is with an H.

I told him I am very disappointed In the service and feel racially profiled and I will look into that further. I worked customer service food service and if the customer wasn't happy I fixed it. I would like to be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com
