White Castle review: Cold fries, no drink,

My son arrived in Kenosha, (travelling from Kuwait) O'Hare - Coach Bus to Kenosha, and the first stop he asked for was White Castle... thinking about them while inflight. Well needless to say it was a bitter disappointment. He placed the order, asked for extra mustard and extra onions (you could barely see them on the burgers), ordered a drink (which he never did get) the bag with his order say by the window with person inside for about 15 minutes and when he finally received his order the fries were already COLD. There is something wrong here when the customer is not getting what he asked and paid for plus letting the the bag sit, letting the food get cold. Evidently there is no supevision over these servers.
