Had several problems with machine lid was not locking, not draining, it would eat socks and wash clothes or any small items, needs inlet valve and even though its a 5.3 you can't fill it up all the way you have to stop at the last hole on middle of machine and when using fabric softner was told to dilute that.. Still need inlet valve was told that it is on back order then a associate told me that its so new that they don't have part
