Whataburger review: Time it took to get my food, and then it was cold

I went to the Whataburger #957 in Temple Texas on my lunch, I order just a jr whathabuger with cheese, order # 271894 I went inside hoping it would be faster. I place my order at 2:21pm, received it at 2:41pm, I took it to go and it was cold I was not going to waste any more time so I did not go back, this isn't the first time, it dosent matter if you go through the drive through or order inside.

Can you please tell my why it takes so long on a simple order, and the receive it cold
