Good afternoon!

My family and I love Whataburger. However, almost each time I place an order with the store in Roswell, NM, the order is incorrect. Today, I placed an online order to have my husband pick up. I have a sick child so I had to stay at home. Almost half of our order was wrong. We live 15 minutes from the store. I called the store and spoke with Daniel. They said they can't deliver and can't refund the food that was missing.

I understand mistakes are made. However, as mentioned earlier, almost every order that I've placed recently has been wrong.
