My name is William Barbee and I ordered a hamburger and fries at the Whataburger on the corner of Navarro and Rio Grand in Vvictiria TX, order #931775. I told the clerk I wanted a cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo and an order of fries. What I got was a cold hamburger, no mayo, and cold fries with as much flavor as eating rubber, NO SALT, FOR $9.50. NEVER AGAIN!

Claimed loss: $9.50

Desired outcome: Do something about the management at this store.
