Travel bank expiry date. I have spent hours trying to get help with a problem that I am having, when using the [protected]. There is not a number that applies to my situation and therefore unable to talk to anyone. Also unable to us the callback system for the same reason.

Here's my situation. Last September my husband was hospitalized and was in critical condition. We were cruising from Vancouver to Hawaii and then we were planning on staying 2 more weeks and flying back Oct 17th. My husband improved but was still in hospital. He insisted I, and his sister go on the holiday while he was recuperating in hospital. I was in a very stressful situation as I had to apply for medical cancellation for the cruise and a few other items. My health isn't the greatest and I made some mistakes which have cost me dearly. I changed the flight back by one week, thinking I could without any cost but boy was I wrong. I paid an extra $1,200.

For my husband's ticket, it was put in my travel bank and we had hoped to travel to Edmonton and use those dollars. Unfortunately my husband has been in and out of hospital and we just learned last week he still has 4 clots in his lungs and is still not well to travel, especially by air. I thought I had time to do an extension but when I went into my account the bank was empty. I have been trying to phone for days and have tried various emails but all have been rejected. I just want to talk to someone to see if under the circumstances I could get an extension. I did find an email that is dated Sept 17, 2022 advising me that the the transfer had been made. To add to my stress, my mother passed away in May and my 94 year old father has had a stroke in his eye and I am his driver. I am so overwhelmed right now.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome would be for the travel bank to get back the $475 that just expired and an extension be given for another year
