I was scheduled for an appointment for tomorrow and decided to call today to ask if an earlier appointment may have become available. I was told the appointment has to be rescheduled because the Dr. will not be available. I asked why I was not informed of that? The guy I spoke with this afternoon jokingly said it's a good thing you called today. I asked again, why was I not informed of the cancelation? He stated the samething. No apology, or anything was given. I then asked to speak with a manager. I was told she will call me back. I asked for her name so I can know who to expect to call me back. He said he does not have to give out that information. I then asked for his name. He stated the samething. The unprofessionalism was just too much for me. They lost a customer at this point and because of him, caused the company to get a bad reputation of how unprofessional he was with me. He apparently missed the class on providing great customer service to customers.
