Stampede our man reason and only reason for going cancelled April 23rd as soon as cancelled I cancelled tickets and they refused a refund and put it in ticket voucher.This was our first trip planned in many years. By the next year my husband's health and mobility had become a problem He had 2 knee replacements and 2 hip replacements and we could not use travel voucher. So they took my money around $3000.00 I sure could use that in my retirement. I realize it is 5 years later But it still bothers me that they didn't have to refund that money!

Desired outcome: Please Refund my money I would appreciate some attention to this matter I had heard some DID get a refund would appreciate being treated the same.
